I always stay here if I have a business in Ipoh

Statf hotel so rude. Very very rude.

Pro: check in and check out easyly. Didn't have to pay deposit. Have lift and have quite nice and big lobby. Parking was okay. Parks many parks. Location was okay. In front of main road. Nice room. Quite big. Have 3 pillows. Bed was comfy. Air cond just above our head Which is good. Have TV in front bed. Have kettle and free tea and coffee on the table. Have hair dryer also. Mirror was big which is I love it. The toilet was okay. Water pressure OK. They give 2 extra soap on sink. Have 2 in 1 free shower on wall. Con: Just only can hear Vehicles and sound from outside. Maybe our room in front of roadside.

Got stain of blood on my bedsheet. Our body was very itchy because of the bedsheet. The room smell was unpleasant. Please upgrade your room service to be better. But the check in process was fast.

Room got cigarette smell and bed sheet not change people before me since check first and stay for four night not change and front counter not friendly.

The hotel is clean, beautiful. And the staffs are also friendly.

Clean, simple room. Ample parking around the neighborhood. A bit secluded, but quiet area. Good for short stay.

For the price, it's awesome. The toilet has tile floor to top. Water pressure good, near mamak 200 meter, restaurant (<5km). Service good.

The room looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable.

The room do look grand. The water pressure is strong. Great for shower. Air cond is cold too.
