Good service, I will go again. 😘 There are few photos, the rest are video clips. Unfortunately, they cannot be downloaded as video clips.

Changed rooms 2 times already, informed the staff that the air conditioner water was leaking, but no one came to fix it. They only cleaned the broken room. The balcony was not fixed. There is a balcony to sit on, but it cannot be used. The air conditioner water is dripping all the time. The door has water leak marks. The shower mirror is rusty. The staff did not smile or greet the customers at all.

Stayed a few days as a solo traveler and would recommend staying here. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke English well, good rooms, very good breakfast and easy short walking distance to everything you need.

Staff are friendly especially Nina, She is very friendly and cute.

Very friendly staff. But over the year the room wasn't well kept and maintained. Due to transition time of flight we chosen a hotel nearby the mall. They do have a nice top level lounge. Nice view and atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming

The floor in the room is not clean. There is no carpet in front of the bathroom to wipe your feet. There is a musty smell inside the room, there should be deodorant perfume, but the service is good, there is a free shuttle bus as well.

Rooms OK but small, breakfast was good. Pool is in need of serious maintenance.

Booked for 2 nights, the first night, the toilet didn't press down, the old air conditioner was dirty, the staff said that the room is full, can change the room tomorrow morning. Ok, endure to sleep first. The next morning, 11.00 change the room. Ok, the toilet presses down at 2:35 am. The sound is unknown from the back of the room. Call the staff to inform the sound of the air conditioner to change the room at 2:30 AM. And previously knew that there was a noise from the back of the room, why moved in the first place, poor service, bad accommodation, enough, there is a sound clip behind the room.

The hotel location is very good. Near everything, including Central, train station, UD food center, walking distance, clean rooms, there is a welcome drink on the rooftop. free airport too good service staff Will definitely go back to stay again. Recommended. You don't have to take a car to go. Very convenient.
