It was in a quiet location with clean room and a good breakfast. It only seems a bit old.

The room was very clean, great shower. The staff were so accomodating as a solo traveller they made me feel very welcome.

Good service, very friendly staff. Old building and everything you can expect of a 80' build. Plenty of parking, short drive to Lucca.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful for knowing transit stations and calling taxis. But we only had to do this because to walk to the closest train station you would need to walk on the side of a highway so our only choice was to taxi and uber(when there was someone available) Other than that, the room was pretty clean but the shower was a single stream of water so it was obviously in need of some fixing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel quite old and old fashioned. Pool area ok. Not much food selection for breakfast. Dirty shower doors even dirtier room windows. Not more than 3*.

Country side

There were many recommendations for this hotel, and the pictures look amazing. However upon arrival the building looked outdated and could use some update and cleanliness, especially in the bathroom of the room. The staff was very friendly, the view outdoors and nature was lovely, but the hotel (indoors) itself was the disappointing part.

We were met by a very nice man at the reception, he was very helpful and polite. The place itself is not bad, for the prices they offer it’s perfect!

Beautiful older hotel with a resort like atmosphere. Facade was little worn but interior had stunning wood bar and interior. Great restaurant on site. Staff helpful and friendly.
