Bon séjour mais certaines choses comme le wifi ou encore plus de produits d'hygiène dans les chambres pour 4 devraient être améliorer

La moitié des ascenseur etaient brisées, l'entrée derrière mal identifiée,ressemblait a un entrepôt. On a due faire le tour pour se stationner a cause des rénovations mais le personnel souriant et aimables

The hotel offered an ideal base for exploring the area we were close to all the attractions we sought. However, a major downside was the ongoing construction right in front which required frequent U-turns and minor detours just to return to the hotel. Despite this, the property itself was decent but not exceptional. Upon arrival, the check-in process was underwhelming the staff, while not rude, could have been much warmer and more welcoming. I felt no real sense of hospitality from the outset. The room, though generally clean, lacked a few essential amenities, most notably, a safety box. Without this, I didn’t feel secure leaving any valuables behind, so I avoided room service entirely. Additionally, the absence of complimentary water in the room meant we had to venture out to buy our own, which added a small inconvenience to our daily routine. I only called reception once during the stay, requesting extra towels and toiletries. Instead of a direct solution, the staff told me to locate the cleaning person on my floor, which was inconvenient and felt a bit dismissive. While the room had a baseline level of cleanliness, I did notice a few overlooked spots on the floor. The indoor parking was another letdown ,on arrival, there was also construction in the basement parking area, which left a heavy dust layer on our car by the time we went to use it later. I believe a 3-4 stars is fare enough

Great stay

The room was clean and the staff was friendly! I highly recommend this hotel. It also has two restaurants attached to it! The pool looked lots of fun! Would come here again!

On a eu un peu de difficulté pour le parking finalement ça c est arrangé

2 out of 3 elevators broken without prior notice. Long waits because of this. The rest was ok. Room was great for our family of 5. Massive construction on Laurier making access challenging.

Tout etait ok mais le stationnement est difficile

We found the room was neat and clean. Staffs are well behaved and very helpful. There is a road construction going in front of the hotel. So roads are narrow and under construction. The hotel's parking area is also having some renovations but they have alternative route to use the parking.

Verres de la chambre sale déjà utilisé et remballé, mal insonorisé tu entends le film de la chambre d’accoter. Lorsque quelqu’un prend sa douche a côté de ta chambre tu l’entends comme si c’était dans ta chambre Je retournerais vraiment pas à cette hôtel j’ai été très déçu

Not clean at all also parking was terrible smell is very horrible smoke and not feel secure not for family air conditioning was not working also no response from front desk and bed was making noise and not comfortable at all balcony was not accessible it’s covered by lots of dust
