La chambre d’hôtel n’était vraiment pas convenable pour le prix , trou dans les moustiquaires , banc et chaise tacher avec des substances que je ne peux même pas nommer . Nous avons pris une cuisine et aucun article approprié pour se faire un repas convenable . Pole à rideau de douche briser . Je ne recommande pas pour une jeune famille . Je recommanderais plus les hôtels jaro.

Location was excellent, just next to Place Laurier, Place Ste-Foy and other stores. Easy parking under the hotel, P2 and P3, accessible to room floors directly from the elevator. Nice to have balcony, but we can see the balcony of next room. Room was clean and beds were confortables. Washroom was clean, a little small, but not ok. No indication for ice machines, we had to go back ask front desk. The ice machine on 1st floor did'nt worked, but the others are on 6th and 12th floors. We didn't stay long, but the pool and gym seem nice. We would go back again.

L’hôtel est bien le personnel sympathique, les chambres sont quand même assez vieilles. Malheureusement le gym est vraiment inadéquat. Il n’y a même pas de poids libre un des deux plus blancs ne fonctionnait pas mais dans l’ensemble c’est bien.

Front desk was great. Told us where to get bus pass. Where to park. Very welcoming

Good hotel for one or two night stay. An opportunity for improvement would be to install a grab bar in the shower or as a minimum supply the room with an none slips mat

We drive a truck and were told to park underground. Scraped the top of our truck numerous times because the front staff didn’t ask what we were driving!

La chambre était très propre et le service était bien. Ma chambre était en face de l'ascenseur et de la machine à glace. Je me demande bien qui peut bien aller se chercher 10L de glace à 5:30am, mais ça fait du bruit. Le gym a besoin d'amour la machine à poids est brisé et un des tapis roulants aussi.

The room decor was very basic. No lamps only harsh overhead lighting. It was a good size and clean

Not safe. The sliding door connecting to the outside balcony did not lock and there was no swing bar lock on the door connecting to the inside of the hotel.

Ended repairs in bathroom

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location and walking distance to mall(Laurier). The staffs seevices are excellent too. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Will surely be back here. Godbless
