It was a very comfortable stay at the Harris Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked for anything, from checking in luggage to asking for help with the elevator. The rooms were spacious and clean.

I stayed in room 211, the bed sheets looked dirty, there were yellow stains, and there were also on the pillow cover. The bed was full of dust :( it's best to make sure the room is clean before guests enter. I forgot to take a photo because that day there were many events that required me to leave the hotel. So, I just stayed there for the night.

Good service, spacious rooms, and spacious bathrooms. So far, everything's good. Perhaps, during holidays, there should be snacks like grilled sausages and potatoes for sale in the swimming pool area so kids can swim while enjoying snacks. Or, perhaps, other activities for kids would be more engaging.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but the pool area was dirty. The restrooms in the non-smoking rooms were dirty. Parking was unclear, with no clear indication of where to park the hotel cars.

Disappointed with the provision of mineral water, I needed a refill of water but couldn't, unfortunately here you can't refill mineral water and there isn't even a dispenser, in the midst of many hotels that provide prepared mineral water services for guests, hopefully in the future Harris can pay more attention to mineral water.

Early check-in is possible 30 minutes before check-in time. Request additional towels and they'll be delivered immediately. It's very close to SMB Bekasi. The food is also delicious. Adding an adult for breakfast will give you a discount voucher. The staff is very friendly.
