The hotel staff provided excellent service whenever I needed assistance. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I found the room to be quite small. Hotel management could improve the room size.

The location is great because it has direct access to Smb Mall. So it's easy to bring kids. But in my opinion... the breakfast food tastes okay. It just lacks variety. But it's okay. I'd still go back if I had the chance and got a discount.✨

I stayed for one night and overall had a really pleasant experience. The ambiance of the hotel was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt tidy and inviting. Special thanks to the staff, especially Kak Yudhi and Kak Indah, who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Their assistance made everything smoother and added a personal touch to the experience.

The staff are all friendly, the hotel is clean, just go downstairs to the SMB mall, and the rooms are all clean, every day there are free snack and drink refills! The view is also given a really good view at night. Really recommended, my son overall happy stay 3 nights at Harris 🫶🏻
