It was a great experience, my first time staying here, and I have a very good impression of Hotel Yasmin. A few suggestions regarding the Wi-Fi, which frequently disconnects, hopefully it can be improved... overall, great.

The hotel staff was friendly, and I got a room in the newer second building, which now has a smart TV. The room was cleaner and more spacious. Breakfast was okay. It would be nice to refill empty food while there are still guests eating (since you have to ask before refilling at 9 a.m.), but overall, it was okay.

Very satisfied staying at this hotel, the location is close to everywhere, for just resting there is quite good, the facilities are complete, the TV is also a smart TV so it is fun to watch in the room, it is a shame I didn't enjoy the restaurant and swimming pool facilities, next time I will stop by again.

So satisfied!!! New building, clean rooms, cold AC, friendly and polite service, rooms with smart TVs. The breakfast menu has a wide variety of food, various porridges, salads, herbal drinks, various snacks, delicious, worth what we paid. Parents whose children graduated from UPH should stay here 😄👍

The hotel staff was friendly, from the staff who helped open the door, to the receptionist, and even the restaurant staff. I waited in the waiting room for my Grab to arrive, and the hotel staff helped me inform me when it arrived. The gym wasn't operational yet due to renovations.
