Not the best hotel is run down

Personal muy amable, atendiendo nuestras necesidades, y la estancia estuvo excelente.

The property is poorly maintained, loose tiles, outdated. The towels are very old, and have holes! The restaurant is awful. We had to wait 3 hours for a lame hamburguer. The worst experience.

Beautiful place to stay!

Good hotel, great size room with kitchen, living room and ocean view, I recommend it.

I don't light that no beach near the hotel

The room was not cleaned at all, there was mild on the vents. The tub was clogged and the restaurant' staff was not pleasant to deal with.

I enjoyed my stay, i had no problems and the view was great. Breakfast was goid and the food was awsome, ill be back

It was hard to control the temperature in the room. The restaurant food was so-so. The jet spa by the pool was off, despite I went to the front desk and requested them to turn it on, it never happened. Overall it is a good place to stay for the price.

Hotel is very nice, and its located in the heart of the touristy part of Boca del Rio, walking distance from many restaurants and bars. Staff was cordial, but so many signs of prohibitions and "policies" can bum your stay.

I was really disappointed regarding the hotel's restaurant. I ordered an American coffee and a couple of quesadillas. My order arrived 40 minutes later with my coffee completely cold. I tried again at breakfast and again it took like 30 minutes just to get some fruit, toasted bread and a coffee, at least that time it was not cold. Hotel service in general good. Water from the bath at the beginning was kinda green... Weird.

Nice pool and good restaurant service when you have a 4 Generation Family Morher Daugthers and Grandson good hotel and nice location close to Cente City SamJuan De Ulua and Zocalo.

I always have a great experience in this nice and comfortable hotel. Staff are friendly, food is great and the location is great.
