Room was clean - staff was helpful - would be nice if non-dairy creamer was in breakfast room as well as hotel room - very comfortable in hot weather

Super friendly stuff, very clean and the breakfast is great..the location as well is accessible to everything..thank you..if we ever visit Nanaimo again for sure we will book at this hotel..

Not much to look at on the outside, but we were really impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the inside. Staff were very friendly, room was the cleanest I have ever experienced in any hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great. They were clean,neat and dressed professionally. They were able to help with every request. The hotel was nicely located in an area with multiple restaurants within a short, easy stroll. Breakfast was very good and started at 6am which was great for us. We would stay here again for sure.

Food was wonderful as well the the very helpful staff A Had been injured before check in time was provided a room early ,with ice packs.. Best Western for a reason!

Handy location, clean, quiet room. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Have stayed here many times.

The air-conditioning was not working. I had spoken to the front desk staff and it was supposed to have been fixed but no one ever came. It was a constant 25 degrees in the room.

I am satisfied with my staying and I will come back next time.

This hotels staff are super more than willing to go extra distance to make sure your stay is a memorable experience. Very well maintained property. This is our go to hotel in Nanaimo for several years.
