Always like staying here and the sports bar is always good!

Front desk staff was amazing in accommodating several changes to our original reservation. Great to see that their pet friendly rooms are also carpet free. Rooms are a little small but we were still very clean and comfortable. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent too.

The room air conditioning was difficult to adjust. The room did not have adequately arranged furniture

Room was clean. Front staff amazing and the restaurant was so good and fun. Food was great and the fish and chips delicious. The building/rooms needs refreshing for the price you pay. You could tell there was water damage at some point.

Long grass around the pool. Unsecured back door. Very noisy air-conditioner that effected our sleep. Room was clean.

The room was dirty and the entire hotel smelled like an ash tray. There were no smoking signs on every room and our room still reeked of cigarettes. It is the only hotel in Renfrew so there are no other options. I would have given it no stars if it weren’t for the friendly front desk staff.

The parking was very good but the property itself could do with some upgrading. The beds were very comfortable but the rooms and hallways were getting very tired.

There was a rug which was all curled up at one end and almost fell. It says on my reservation breakfast included, but when we went down for breakfast it was not free.

Staff were helpful when I asked for extra blankets and other questions

Hotel is a bit tired but okay for an overnight stay

the rooms need updating, especially the bathrooms. Parking lot could use more light and painted lines so people can park properly. The back door was broken so anybody could walk in and there were people sitting in an SUV directly behind the back door the whole 2 days that I was there. It was creepy. I didn't see any security staff, just a lone female front desk employee

Room and building clean having restaurant and bar onsite with dog friendly patio was great
