Room was nice and clean and staff were really friendly

Everything you need. Restaurant, pub, exercise room, pool, sauna, hot tub and liquor store. Food was excellent at both places. Comfortable beds. It was the perfect retreat.

The staff is very friendly, the hot tub and the Sauna are very good.

The restaurant was closed the hot tub wasn’t working the pool was too cold and the coffee machine in the front entranceway hadn’t been emptied so it wouldn’t work and there was no stuff around to help with it the air conditioner rattled so bad all night long that I didn’t sleep in the bed was not comfortable but the room was clean

The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. However this property needs to be modernized - in need of a total facelift.

Nice room with comfortable beds. Good location.

Service was helpful and provided with a smile. The bed was quite hard. Shower - congratulations the text on the soap containers was large and legible.

It is a little weird the pool is right outside the bar to have people watching you.

Becky in the lounge is wonderful and provides such excellent customer service to everyone when they are there. She was efficient, happy and was a great server.

Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and close to a great bakery called Mountain View

Room and hotel was good. Front desk staff friendly, but not really helpful when put on the spot. When we arrived the room wasn’t quite ready. We waited and wanted a coffee, but the Coffee maker had not been maintained and when I asked the front desk staff, they had quite an attitude, stating that they didn’t know. Well anyone with two eyes could have seen, especially with all the supplies gone. We had to find out too that our room was ready from the cleaning lady, not the desk staff. The next day some of my food had spoiled, because the fridge was set so cold - set to freezing. Eggs don’t do well being frozen. I let the front desk ladies know and they offered me two boiled eggs - what? It was fixed during the day, but nobody let us know - a card with an apology would have been nice. Maybe I expect too much, but hey the room was expensive!

Older place. just goes to show you that you can't always trust the stars

We had a great stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the front desk team was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout.
