Très confortable

Comfortable room and beds, clean. Hotel a bit dated but fine. Very friendly staff. Breakfast OK. Great location.

We arrived and waited for 5 mins in silence as the woman at the reception desk focused intensely on her computer. We were finally given our room key, only to find worn furniture and food from the previous guests still in the refrigerator. To top it off, we could hear other guests sneeze in the next door room and our “complimentary” breakfast consisted of beans, processed eggs and a couple of undercooked breakfast sausages. Only stay if you’re desperate and don’t mind spending too much on a less than impressive experience.

I didn't have soap in my room and the breakfast was mediocre.

Breakfast wasn’t cooked thoroughly and some food had an old taste to it like the bread, sausages and the eggs definitely weren’t fresh. The pool room had a terrible smell and I went to report the issue if mold smell and was informed their ventilation system isn’t working properly so that’s why for the terrible Check out was terrible cause I paid my room on April 20 in full and it was removed from my card. I was charged $131 something on Expedia and I got ready to leave and the rate on my bill was $124 so I asked about the difference and was informed to give it 10 days for it to correct. The lady had no idea how to discuss this issue. No idea what to do. I called the hotel prior to booking online and was informed room rate is $189 so I booked through Expedia to get a better rate and used my key points only to find out at check out the room was actually $119 and my bill didn’t match up. Hoping this gets resolved.

Clean rooms and great breakfast

Not great experience with staff for check in. Very rushed and not very friendly. The heater is our original room was broken so we had to switch. Breakfast was yummy both days though. Parking lot was not well cleared before the storm or after.

Over all it was good. We really wish if they fix the heating system, it was a cold night and all night heating temp didn't go above the 18.5 it quite disappointing

The couch/Chesterfield in my room, was worn out. Otherwise the room was ok. Breakfast was the usual, premade food rubbery eggs, terrible coffee.

Carpet could use a vacuum

Staff at reception watching videos seemed like I was bothering him and his time by checking in. He did not speak to me at all and it came across rude.

It was clean, staff is nice, but the breakfast included should be review. It wasn't healthy at all and no fruits option....

Clean room, easy check in and check out

Everything was excellent from check in to check out.The service was fast, room and property were clean and breakfast was great,

We arrived late for check in. 10:20pm There was no employee in the hotel for nearly 40 minutes. We called every number which went to the front desk and looped back to a menu. At nearly 40 minutes an employee walked into the hotel, into the office and then slowly made his way to the desk, he only said 4 words to us as we checked in after booking another spot and now have to cancel…. He couldn’t care less. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Poor attitude, Poor service. 0 out of 10.
