The good thing is that the staff are lovely, and the airport shuttle service was excellent. Overall service was good. However, the reason I can't give 5 stars is the condition of the room I got; it wasn't very good. I feel like I wouldn't dare stay there again if I were traveling alone.

The hotel is okay for transit, and fairly clean. The toilet's jet shower head is missing, as inattentive customers sometimes damage the glass partition, making it a bit of a hassle. Culinary options are a bit far away unless you choose to eat at the restaurant or nearby.

The hotel is clean, but it's best to bring your own soap and shampoo, as they aren't provided. I've requested these, but they still weren't provided until check-out. The rooms aren't soundproof, which can be a bit scary if you're alone—be sure to lock your door securely. At check-out, everyone knocked on the door one by one to ask for the check-out time (even if you've extended the stay). If it weren't for the volcanic eruption, this wouldn't be the hotel of choice. Just one!

My first stay here was absolutely not worth the price. The room wasn't cleaned. I asked the hotel staff, and they said they only took out the trash. When I left, the trash in my room still hadn't been taken out. I'm really put off staying here.

The room was very clean and spacious, making it comfortable. The room and bathroom were aesthetically pleasing, with an airplane theme. The shuttle service was also very helpful. The location is very close to the airport, about 15 minutes away.

Had a great stay! The hotel is in a convenient location, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfortable—I slept really well. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely come back 👍

Good location from the KLIA airport. Lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. A quick stopover in between flights. I would recommend it.

My kids love the room so much, as if we are in an airplane with an airplane design. The hotel lobby has so many airplane models from most of the countries. Nice. There's a machine for check-in and check-out, and even returning the deposit can be done from the machine. Thanks.
