Avoid room 300. Loud buzzing in hall 24 hrs. Window curtain less wide than window. Staff & facilites good.

The hotel is very convenient, 2 minutes walking distance from the train station, the breakfast is very nice, the room is spacious, includes a sofa bed and with a nice kitchen. I definitely recommend it

The reception, house keepers and restaurant staff (including the chef) were extremely hospitable and helpful. The windows open which is good for regulating temperature. Excellent location near the train station and taxi rank (easy for getting taxis back and forth to Tyrolen).

This hotel is only metres from the train station, my room was rather basic but clean and comfortable. Check-in/out was fast and smooth. There is always free coffee downstairs and a nice day lunch in the restaurant. I ate an early evening meal which was very nice.

Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice. Shower was brilliant! Hotel does close at 10pm at weekends so need code to get in if you are out later

Boendet var bra under vår vistelse under U-SM det enda som blev lite sämre var att personalen inte pratar med varandra. Vi hade en tidig match på söndagen och behövde komma tidigare till frukost och blev lovade detta på kvällen innan men när vi alla kom ner på morgonen så möttes vi av en stressad personal i köket som ville bli av med oss 15 personer som blivit lovade av kvällspersonalen att få komma tidigare. Detta blev lite negativt till ett annars bra boende. Detta kommer det säkert rätta till. Alvesta har ett super hotell som också verkar vara pigga på att ge yngre personal chans att jobba på hotellet.

Frukosten var bra men restaurangen var stängd under hela påsken och receptionen stängde kl16:00
