The Riad Jamaï is a peaceful and beautiful place to rest, disconnect and enjoy the city. It’s no near to the Medina, but is easy and cheap take a taxi. The staff is helpful and kind. We dinner at the hotel and the food are so good The pool is small but it’s fantastic to refresh in his wonderful patio. We recommend be a guest at this Riad.

We stayed just 1 night. The first day we arrived early at the morning and the second day we also checked out early, so the host provided us the breakfast at the first day, that was fantastic big portion local meal! Besides, the host helped to arrange the pickup service from the CTM station, the 20min trip charged us $80, it would be at least 50% cheaper if we took the taxi. For the location, it was outside the medina, <10min taxi would cost $15 by meter. The leather tannery is also walking distance <15min but guys please reject the tour guide at the entrance! They will charge you if you didn't purchase, and in fact their products are not that special, you can find the same thing in the medina. Please do negotia the price (50-70% lower) if you buy something in EVERY cities in Morocco!!!

Although the riad was beautiful, the location of it was a lot to be desired. The taxi left us in the main street, but we had to walk around a dirty neighborhood because the cars don’t go near the riad. It was not a good impression as a visitor

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Jamaï! The riad itself is beautifully designed, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Said. He gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring the city and made our experience even more memorable with his kindness and great conversations. Thanks to Said and the entire team, our trip was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here!

A very gd experience to stay in such a valuable old building built in 1361. Almost storey hig ceiling, high windows and room door, stunning. The emrald swiming pool is relaxing and Instagrammable. Yet the room we had was exceptional, large, spacious and beautifully designed in Morrocan style. Our large bed was so much like designed for the a queen.

This staff was outstanding! I will remember them whenever anyone asks me about the people in Morocco. We got lost on the way to the riad. I called them and they sent someone out to guide me into the area. Then they helped me setup my parking for my stay. When we got to the riad, we were treated so kindly. They helped setup a tour of the medina and a drive to Chefchaouen for the day. They prepared food for us and it was amazing. When I was preparing to leave, our hostess walked to the parking area and she made sure I would easily be able to access my car early in the morning.

Once we got to know the staff at the Riad they were lovely and kind to us. It is definitely one of the best Riad’s in the area. We loved that it wasn’t in the main tourist hub which would have been loud and very busy. It was lovely to be able to walk amongst the locals and experience the real Fes life, eating at local street vendors and feeling very safe and welcome. Would highly recommend and will return.

We had a very lovely stay. The staff was amazing, the food was well prepared and the main part of the Riad is simply breathtaking. Be sure to book a room on the ground floor as they are beautifully appointed. Some oth the others are a bit more standard in decoration but certainly comfortable and clean. The staff was so helpful and we made arrangements for daily activities with their input.

We had an amazing stay at this authentic and beautiful Riad in the heart of Fez. The entire place is gorgeous. My daughter said that it makes her feel like a princess. The rooms surround a central courtyard with a small pool, and it's beautiful. The bathroom was like our own personal spa, and the appearance of the rooms felt classical and historical while also comfortable. They offer rooms at different sizes and prices, so there's something for everyone. They also served a great breakfast every morning of various breads and pastries along with fresh orange juice, mint tea, and coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful - Mohammed and his crew were superb. We also took them up on some of their tours which were less expensive than many competitors. The riad also serves dinner for an extra price if you want it, and we did this one night. It was delicious, too! The location is in the medina where you can walk to all of the historical sights along with restaurants, shops, the tanneries, and many other places.
