The people who work in the hotel are amazing

We got sick by the seafood we consumed at the restaurant. There were cockroaches as well. Rooms are small and not in great shape.

Great customer service, clean rom and wonderful beach access.

Rooms are very basic and don’t match with the price we paid.

This hotel its not what i saw in the pictures, we ate and my wifey had a plate of fajitas de Arrachera and it was really bad meat, i told the waiter to take that plate back… but like always they still charge me for a bad plate of food!!

The property was well maintained, aesthetically pleasing as well. Staff are polite and friendly. My only complaint is that it it can get noisy early in the morning and at night, you can hear the noises of guest outside the room and guests going up to the upper floors.

The Hotel and Restuarant are beautiful, but the service was terrible. The room was very nice, but the toilet leaked from the bottom, staining our clothes with soiled water. When we were checking out, the staff refused to allow us to leave until they inspected the room to make sure we didn't steal towels and were rude. Food is good both rooms are overpriced. Also, no staff smiles!

The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. It has everything you need. The beach is about 10 steps away. The loungers are very comfortable. It's free of sargassum, as the personal cleans every day very early.

Great location. We had great time enjoying the view with layback atmosphere.

Lovely stay! Only challenge was that they listed several pasta options on their dinner as gluten free but when ordered they didn’t have any so that really limited the dinner options. Just be aware if you are celiac.

El hotel muy bonito y limpio, lo único que nos tocó mal tiempo y nunca abrieron el bar de la playa y no te permiten ingresar bebidas, lo demás excelente 👌

I really enjoy this hotel. Literally, it’s two steps and you are walking on the white sand beaches of Mahahual. Very peaceful. The room was small, the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended.
