I was a bit concerned after booking then reading some new reviews but we had nothing to worry about. Our room was very clean and the air con was excellent which was essential in a very hot week. Initially we were put into the wrong style of room but this was very quickly rectified by reception. I don’t remember reading it before but it is important to note that it is a very steep hill walk from the restaurant to block one and two or back from the pool that is down there. The restaurant is not amazing but there are more than enough options and food all tasted fresh. Five min walk to bus station for palma and airport. Airport but however took 1.5 hours and the fans could not keep up with the heat. We got a taxi to the hotel which was €60. Staff were friendly with us. We had a very good deal for this hotel and for the price, it was very good.

Good stay at this hotel. Our double room was very large and cleaned every morning, breakfast was good and with variation every day. the pools were big and lots of chairs and umbrellas. Short walk into the main part of town.

Great value for money hotel, food is good & you will always find something to eat, rooms are all you need except a kettle, staff are friendly, pool is nice & always a sunbed available, 3rd time here so far this year, can't fault the hotel, love it & can't wait to come back.

The hotel was clean and the food was good but there was just a lack of service. For example they didn’t even provide water and at dinner they charged for it. The staff hardly said good morning/night or a hello. Apart from that it was very good.

I booked this hotel going on the reviews & i found it was an excellent hotel & under rated in its reviews. Check in was quick & smooth, the room was as described, food in the hotel for half board was very reasonable & well worth the option,all staff around the hotel were friendly & helpful,i had a problem with the tv & they sent a technician who tried to fix it but eventually replaced it with a straight out the box new tv, the pool areas are nice & especially the pool near reception, the gardens around the hotel are amazing & well looked after, all in all i found it to be a relaxing hotel & would look to return everytime. If I was to pick fault, i found the room to be a little cold as we was in the basement room with a terrace & the air conditioning could do nothing about as the entire hotel is regulated but reception provided blankets. TV had English channels but no kettle.

Staff are all lovely. Our rooms 301 & 303 had everything we needed for a comfortable short break. I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s very reasonably priced.

The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful, the room was kept tidy and clean Reception lady was kind and helpful Pool and reception area both very tidy and clean and staff were very nice and friendly

This place was in a town that I learned was also known as “Little Germany.” We had a packed agenda throughout Mallorca so we didn’t get to explore the amenities of this hotel as much but it was a place for us to lay our heads. If you are looking for a hotel to lounge and relax this may be the place for you! They had two outdoor pools and an indoor pool. Very kid friendly with billiard table, air hockey & board games. Plenty of gathering space and meeting rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. We were looking forward to what we thought was the fitness center and spa, unfortunately the fitness center only had 4 machines and the spa was under maintenance. The only meals served were buffet style breakfast & dinner so we ate out during our stay here.

The room was really clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any food at the hotel but the drinks were well priced. Great location, we will definitely return.

The place is very pleasant with good outdoor spaces, the staff are very kind and friendly. The only thing that wasn't very pleasant was the cleanliness of the areas, such as the building corridors, and the room had a dirty pillowcase. But otherwise it was perfect.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening buffet were both excellent value. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Parking across the road was free, in a public car park. The facilities were clean and gave a wow factor. Excellent value hotel, would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely place, close to the ocean. Lovely people working there. Felt like they were a bit overwhelmed sometimes like there was not enough people but might be due to season just starting. Room was always clean.. and everytime we got back it smelled like magic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had lots of problems with our card and had to go to the reception everyday and it would not work. They always repaired the problem within seconds with a smile and tried to explain the reasons. Swimming pool area is lovely and relaxing. Would be nice to have a coffee in the room but thankfully we were able to buy some at the bar for good price. I hope everyone there will get a payrise as they worked so hard.
