Very nice room decor and ambiance.

Hotel L’ Eldorado is a gem! Its beautifully decorated rooms, gorgeous garden cafe, friendly staff and convenient location in the lovely 17th Arrondissement make it a perfect place for anyone wanting to enjoy the best of Paris. Highly recommended, can’t wait to return.

The Eldorado is a charming hotel with very friendly staff. We were able to get in our room early after a 9 hour flight which was VERY appreciative. Our room was very comfortable and roomy by Paris standards. Loved the bath tub! Took us a while to notice the closet camouflaged in the wall. It was the perfect room to sleep off the jet lag. Our room was in the back building which meant we had to walk through the courtyard restaurant to get to and from our room. The restaurant is quite popular and often with people smoking and parking baby strollers in the walk way. That was the only downside to our stay.

Excellent decor. Comfortable beds and great AC

My review is based on how the staff would not work with me. When I arrived at CDG I was total by French Officails that my U.S. passport was reported "stolen" and thus "in valid" even through it was in my hand. The French authorities would not accept my Gloabl Entry and U.S. Passport cards. I was forbidden to enter France and detained for 20 hours and placed on the next available flight home escorted bt armed officers. I can understand being billed for the first night, but to not work with me regarding the next few nights after all I endured at the hands of the French National Police is unacceptable.

Hotel Eldorado is one of those rare places that feels both beautifully distinctive and genuinely welcoming. I have stayed several times, and every visit has been exceptional, with thoughtful service, wonderful rooms, and an atmosphere that makes returning to Paris feel even more special. My most recent stay was especially memorable, and I already look forward to coming back.

I love this little hotel in the 17th (Les Batignolles)! Short walk to the Metro and near the lovely Parc Monceau. Beautiful, convenient for me as my daughter lives nearby, cozy, elegant. Lovely restaurant with an outdoor garden. Our room was in a separate building and we had to walk thru the garden restaurant to get there. Our room was small but well appointed with fabric covered walls, great AC, comfy bed, GREAT shower and a separate large bathtub. My only complaint was that there was no outlet in the bathroom to dry my hair (fabulous Dyson dryer), so I had to figure out a place to do that. The staff were friendly and helpful

My daughter and I stayed in Hotel Eldorado for 3 nights. We loved everything about the hotel. The location is close to the Metro and in a wonderful neighborhood. The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly, helpful and kind. Each day the room was cleaned to perfection. The windows opened up to the beautiful courtyard and we would listen to the birds sing and take in the breeze as we prepared for dinner each evening. What a lovely stay! I highly recommend.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

This was an absolute beauty of a hotel, with efficient check in, polite staff and a beautiful restaurant.

Stylish, comfortable and with friendly & helpful staff, our four nights in a standard double room were exactly what we wanted. Close to the metro and a short walk to Montmatre, there are plenty of excellent dining options nearby as well as an excellent on-site restaurant and bar. The courtyard garden was a calm place to relax, and the waitstaff couldn't have been more friendly. We'd stay again in an instant!

Hôtel Eldorado was a great experience, the room was well decorated and clean and the staff thoroughly cleaned it every day. The staff was very helpful, especially considering my terrible French. They even stored our luggage after our stay while we went to Mont Saint-Michel so we didn’t have to carry it with us. The location is great too - walking distance to everything you might need. Be sure to eat at Le 27 Gourmand and Le Cyrano.

One of the loveliest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean and airy, the staff was kind and very helpful, and the restaurant was delicious. Coming back to our hotel room every evening was a real delight. We cannot wait to come back and stay at this gorgeous hotel again!
