The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but it is in need of some renovation due to the age of the building. Check in took a while for the Manager to find my booking, but he was very pleasant and friendly. Overall a very good and reasonably priced Motel and close to the centre of town.

Check was fairly quick and seamless although reception was all locked up at 3:00 on a Saturday. We received a complementary can of drink on arrival. The room was straight out of the early 80's and was fairly run down but would be a renovators delight. However, you get what you paid for and we only needed it for a place to sleep after going to a show at Twin Towns just up the road. They did allow us a bit of a late check out though.

Staff was good, location and value for money was too. Room was a bit dated and a bit of noise from the police station next door

Average room could do with some furniture upgrades and tidy up around the grounds but expected for price. Bed was good. No milk.

The room was a bunker with no windows, only the sliding glass front door. Felt like a storeroom they put a bathroom and bed in. The decorating was terrible, the bench was not stable at one end and there was water all over the bathroom floor when I arrived. Staff were pleasant at checkin.

The staff were very obliging & friendly. The room was spacious & clean. The bed was super comfy. An easy walk & ideally situated between Twin Towns Club & Club Tweed. For the item you forgot or coffee & cake Tweed Mall is just across the road. We enjoyed our stay & will return.

The rooms need to refurbished and the bbq for guests was not working.

Staff were great. Room a bit shabby.

Rooms are tired. Bathroom tap leaked. Under bathroom vanity all rotted. Shower door did not close. Just felt old and tired.

Bathroom extremely tired. Towel rail falls off walk, metal bar on bottom of door loose and hanging off one end. Smell from drains made me feel nauseous so sat outside from 4am so I could breathe. Shower head wouldn’t stop dripping and even with door closed was like Chinese torture

Room was tidy and well laid out. Netflix really slow due to internet speed. Water leak in bathroom, causing all floor to be wet.

Clean but a bit run down. Few room issues which i reported to staff. The ones that could be were fixed straight away.

I did not enjoy this stay and I have stayed in lots of motels recently. I contacted the property prior to booking as I had interstate travel and needed a late check in. When I arrived off my flight they didn’t send any details. Upon arrival to motel a man came out of the darkness to hand me a key. The fridge was wide open and I didn’t realise it wasn’t turned on until the morning, which meant my food was unedible. Shivering through the night to realise there was no blanket? Shower leaking til morning. Asked kindly for half hour late check out due to lack of sleep and man waiting outside door at 10.28am. Not a friendly service, no apologies or empathy.

Everything was excellent. Just a tip for Qld travellers - just a reminder that 10am checkout means 9am. I got caught out by that. Thanks

Property managers were friendly and assisted with things we needed when asked. However, We booked for 3 beds but only got two. Fortunately, we brought an air mattress with us. The smoke alarm was not mounted to the ceiling and was just placed on top of a wardrobe. The aircon filters had about 3-5mm of dust and grime built up. There was a smell from a cheap commercial cleaner/ or deorderiser that wasn't pleasant. Face washer had yellow stains on it, but towels were clean. A lose tile was lying on the floor in the bathroom. there are a bout 21 units but far less car parks. We parked out on the road the first night...fortunately there's police station next door that we parked in front of. That being said its right across the road from shops like Woolies and Coles. Short walk or drive to Twin Towns or a little further to the beach.

This was not what the pictures presented. Pool was dirty (not just leaves), not a welcoming environment when I arrived with my family to be dropped off. Dirty ceiling fan, and was sold on a king bed that was 2 singles pushed together. Would not book again.

The room looked ok at first but then you notice stains on ceiling, zip ties to hold things together and a lack of general maintenance. I booked the room for my 19 & 21 year olds as there was no vacancy at the Motel we were staying at for them. They felt unsafe at the location.
