Great location next to the beach

We loved the location. The premises were clean, tidy and very appealing. We found the bed very comfortable and there was plenty of blankets and additional pillows. Overall we had a great weekend at Park Avenue Holiday units and will definitely be back again.

Accommodation was spectacular. We received a very warm and welcoming greeting from the staff member at reception who provided all information needed. Rooms were absolutely immaculate and super clean. Beds were comfy too. Can’t fault this place.

Quiet suburb which is close to beach restaurants and cafes. Walking paths nearby to Emu Point and Mt Adelaide.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. They were very helpful when I approached them for advice.

Lots of option and best tourist spot in Perth.

Overall good stay for 4 nights. Clean apartment and quiet environment. However, they did not make up the room for 4 nights and we only requested changed of towels alternate days. They did not replenish the shampoo, conditioner and soap for the 4 nights stay too.. They should actually cater all these sufficiently for the number of nights the customers stay. The reception is closed early and we have no chance to request for anything once we returned back to the apartment..

We loved the location, the beautiful peppermint tree lined street, close to Middleton Beach, plenty of kitchen equipment to choose from, comfy beds and pillows, additional blankets great, small cosy and friendly holiday units. Loved our stay.

We had a great two night stop at Park Avenue Holiday Units. Super location near to Middleton beach and although the area was quiet, we were in easy walking distance to a variety of places to eat.

Nice and neat. Convenient, quiet and functional. Very comfortable with everything you needed.

Close to the beach, cafes and good for walking. Handy to relatives and town

After walking out of a pre booked guest house because it was so dirty, this was such a contrast. Spotlessly clean and spacious with everything we could have wanted. Close to a local cafe and restaurant and to the local beach, while only a 5 minute drive from Albany.

The receptionist was very kind and very friendly, giving us a lot of information for the things to do in Albany.

Loved every minute of my stay here. Lovely place walking distance to beach. Secluded and well maintained.

Self contained everything you needed for a comfortable stay great location right near the beach quick drive to the shopping district highly recommended and certainly will stay there again in the future

Excellent. Kids were very happy. No roads to cross for the park and they could scooter to the beach.

Booked the 3 bedroom unit for our family of 6. Had all the comforts of home. Very clean, well equipped and quiet. A nice location close to the beach.

I stay here annually and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I occasionally arrive late (due to climbing Bluff Knoll on the day I'm driving to Albany) and have never had an issue checking in. The rooms are always clean and have everything I need, esp the kitchen. When I have travelled with my partner she too has been really happy with the accommodation. It's a little out of town, but that suits me, and Middleton Beach is just a 5 minute walk away. There are a couple of places to have a meal close by as well. Obviously I'd be happy to stay there again.

Host was good and friendly. They are able to accommodate to our request.
