Room smelt damp, hot water tap was difficult to turn on and off otherwise room was clean, should have offered a discount, a lot of maintenance required on property to bring it up to 3 or 4 star rating,.

Very short walking distance to the shops and restaurants

Older property but still in good shape, close to rsl, by main highway so bit noisy, not bad overnight.

Great location, walk everywhere. Good value for money. The property bathroom needs a bit of maintenance.

Relied on public transport. Walkable from railway station. Close to fast food. Mcdonalds. Hungry jack. Red rooster. Kfc. Clean room.

Looks very old. TV is barely working with no youtube or any primary apps. Property needs to be painted as well.

Easy parking, easy to find, easy walk to town, restaurants handy and hotels close. Breakfast place with great coffee down the road 150m. Will stay again!

Great property in a great location. I've stayed here before in a budget room which was OK, but this time stayed in a Studio and it was fantastic. Huge bathroom and a large spacious room. Nice refurb. Great shower head. Nice coffee and biscuits too. Staff were really friendly. Easy walk across the road to shops, dining, fast food etc.

Just another one of the numerous Bathurst roadside motels. Friendly staff. Clean room. Easy parking and a great location with the centre of town a very easy walk. Fast food and Dan Murphy's literally at your door.

Some of the internal room lights were not working i didn't have time to report the outage. There was a far bit of traffic noise at night due to trucks using their exhaust brake. not much you can do when you are on the highway.
