Blue Water Motel is a comfortable option for a short stay in Kingscliff. The room is well set up with a fridge, kettle and toaster. The bed is very comfortable. However the design of the bathroom has not been well thought out. Only one shelf, few hooks for towels and the water did not drain well from the shower. The communal kitchen and morning coffee cart are great extras. All in all the Blue Water Motel is good value.

A hidden gem in Gold Coast! Been to a bunch of hotels around the area, and this was by far the best experience. Such a beautifully designed, well-run hotel with sparkling water on tap to boot. Big thanks to Claire for her hospitality.

Courtesy bikes, although regular servicing required near ocean. Chain was getting rusty.

The manual code to get into the communal kitchen didn't work but luck y I had the app to help gain entry. Not much grass area for pups to do their business and had to go on the street.

Many good amenities including pet friendly. Like easy parking, cafe and accessability to beach and shops

We stayed in the Blue Water Motel in Kingscliff which isn’t near the beach for a sea view.

I think another guest mixed up their reviews as there isn’t a beach view. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach from the motel. Room was clean with a surfer vibe. Beds were comfortable, area was quiet.

An old-style beach motel that had been nicely updated and sympathetically furnished. Clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff, good location, with lovely gardens. Would recommend.

Room was clean but sink blocked, no milk for coffee and expensive for what it was.

No connection with any staff but check in worked well and we enjoyed another sleepover on our recent road trip .

The rooms were so beautiful and clean, considering this is just your standard motel I would honestly say it's being maintained better than a lot of hotels and you can really see that they put a lot of passion into the place, the decor reflects the peaceful environment around and there's just so much space outside of your own room too! the staff were wondering especially the manager who helped us after I couldn't get into my room, was always present on site and it just seemed really well ran!! I will miss this place a lot.
