Bottle water bottle in room. No way to retrieve it. After ringing and getting no response, sixth ring was told bottle not there. Absolutely ridiculous as after key was put in room as requested, no means of reentering to get water bottle. Male manager promised to ring back at 9am, Tuesday morning, still waiting. Very very poor service. No staff on leaving to speak to, waited 10 minutes on arrival for staff to get key on arrival. Other guests asking us who and where to give keys to when leaving.

Everything went smoothly. Accessible location, close to the shopping centre.

Room 1 is a very noisy room, not much sleep in my last stay.
