Amazing views, brilliant hotel

Fantastic location, friendly staff and very well maintained property. Only downside is that we encountered was that the A/C was not strong enough to cool the upstairs of the suite we booked. Was far too warm.

FZEEN is fantastic. Every single detail of your experience is well thought out, from arrival to classes to dining. The location is beautiful and the grounds are very special. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. What makes this place so special is the staff, they are truly magnificent and make your experience that much better. I can’t wait to go back.

2nd time here because we love this hotel, service and facilities very much! So many choices of classes and I was in heaven doing yoga, pilates, mediation, sound bath and breathwork! In addition, the different areas for a gym workout were great - you really cannot be bored here if you are into your health and wellbeing Food was great - as a vegan, the choices were not as great as last year in the Selini restaurant - all decision were aubergine and potatoes so didn't give me much of a range for dinner which meant we ate out in other restaurants this time Breakfast service in Selini was great and friendly Dinner service in Selini was not as good as last year when there was a sommelier who would always make the effort to talk and explain the wine as well as the menu in great detail Lunch in Gaia has much improved and the service there was super friendly - even walking through the restaurant we always got a smile and a friendly hello Reception service was really wonderful, especially the manager who took the time to listen and ask for feedback Driver service was wonderful this year and last and lovely that he remembered us too! Overall, I still give this hotel a 5 star

This place is amazing. Staff was so friendly and made life easy. Grounds were awesome and breathtaking views everywhere. You wont be disappointed!

Comfortable rooms surrounded by lush gardens on a hillside by the sea. We were pleasantly surprised by the extent of the facilities and found the room to support a good night’s sleep. We were impressed by the outstanding views of the bay from the restaurants, with a dramatic, beautiful mountainous backdrop. Very relaxing, and even the gym had fabulous views. The is a grocery/souvenir shop just outside the complex, and the property runs along the beach. There are a few other restaurants along the coast. It might have been nice to have some complimentary soft drinks in the minibar. It would be useful if there were some road signs to the property, to enable guests to find the correct car park (satnav directs drivers to the beachside entrance).

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at F ZEEN. It completely exceeded any [great] expectations we already had. Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant, always so welcoming, always attentive and always going out of their way to ensure our stay was an enjoyable/comfortable one. It made our first visit to Kefalonia an even more enjoyable one and I would absolutely recommend F ZEEN to anyone visiting this beautiful island. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who made a our visit a very special one. We will be back, for sure.

No morning coffee room service available ( other than pods and nest cafe packets in the room) only at the restaurant. Breakfast ie coffee only after 8 am ….must use a golf cart bellhop to get around hotel grounds ( only one per shift for a full hotel( AC only goes to 18 low and rooms were nice yet warm. Very echo friendly if this matters to you….fairly clean overall. Not full luxury experience for luxury price

We had an amazing stay at this resort. Very friendly staff and very comfortable room and bed. Good AC and ceiling fan really helped on hot days. Delicious dinner with a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely return!

We were looked after by very friendly and efficient staff. Array of classes kept us fit and happy which made us enjoy the food even more. Just perfect!

Loved this place. Quiet, discreet, relaxed luxury. The staff were absolutely amazing and the property is beautifully maintained. The fitness facilities are great, as are the classes and activities. Couldn’t find anything to fault it.

One of the best hotels in Greece. Ultimate privacy, rooms and Villas disappear in the lush greenery, beach is a nice walk (3min) away and well served, staff is incredible and food is amazing. Adults only and attracts a rather quiet crowd of people

Great hotel

It’s a really great setting, with wonderful staff and superb breakfasts. The views around the property are amazing and the classes available are great. Slight signs of wear and tear around the pool decking and the jacuzzi section (not working) of the lower pool. Staff were first class especially Kostas at the breakfast in the main reception restaurant and Yanis the bell boy. Breakfast on the whole was superb, and helped by its setting. We ate lunch on the first day but found the food to be better just in the town. Not just on quality but price - Hemingway’s and Klamatis (avoid Lorraine’s) - the price of a beer/cocktail is exceptionally better too €3/4 va FZeen €6/8

Amazing retreat with so many choices for activities especially the yoga. Breakfast was delicious and the private beach area was lovely and relaxing.

This was our 8th visit to FZeen and we’ll be back!
