Good room - clean and quiet, Hotel location is on a commercial street with many restaurants and bars nearby and within walking distance to a metro station.

The AC at Room 417 is too noisy even if you turn it off… Really bad experience while sleeping… Three adults in the Room and only two two towels plus one toilet paper…

Room was very small; there was no tables to put anything, no bathroom soup, elevador was working properly. I won’t stay again there.

Noisy, elevator door didn’t open on the main level, no water refill the second and third day, shower didn’t have a faucet.

The staff is very kind, breakfast is good and generous. Some rooms In the hotel needs minor maintenance. Walkable to many amenities.

When I arrived there was no bell boy to help with my bags then I had to search for the receptionist after doing so all 4 members of staff were just standing around having their own conversation eventually I had to get their attention and tell them I'm here to check in after checking in I had to wait for a long while even though check in was 3pm I was so upset and hot because the ac in the lobby wasn't working after making it to my room I noticed it was a dated and had cracks in the floor and poor repair work done then bed had a red dirty blanket the shower leaks below the door and floods bathroom the room is very tiny can't hold more than 1 person comfortable it's 1 of the worst hotel I've ever been in I don't recommend anyone staying here

Hotel staff and rooms were good , great location

This place was terrible, the room are ugly, the elevators are dirty and the pool area is horrible. You can hear from your room all that happens in the other rooms.

It was outdated, not a lot space for storage or counter space. Breakfast was really good.

Our stay at the Ramada in Panama was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of by the attentive and friendly staff. The service was excellent, and everything we needed was provided with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Staff Were Helpful And Kind We genuinely appreciated the hospitality and are already looking forward to coming back in the future

No air condition at inside hotel walk ways and noise because of on-going remodeling works

Normally dont do budget hotels but this place was very good for the price and a proper breakfast.

I was given a dark and dank room by the lady receptionist who also took so long to check me in. I did ask for a room change later that evening and was offered one from the following day onwards (4 nights). However, the staff on duty the next day didn’t seem to have the info and said she couldn’t move me! Long story short, I was booked into a new room indeed but the info not updated on their system. Also, they don’t keep drinking water in the room besides on the checkin day! Other times, you’re asked to buy! There was no water in the bathroom all day on my last day and the electricity kept going off too. On the positive, the male staff were friendlier and more helpful.

Could not believe there was no reserve water tanks for showering in a known (announced) water outage

This particular hotel one can see it's been around a long time and with comes wear down. Upon arrival was not the cleanest scent in the lobby nor the elevator which were not clean, Otherwise the domestic cleaner who cleaned our room did her best. On three occasions I did see small roaches, that encouraged me to shake out my luggage before I left. The gym is not clean and the two machines are non functioning, the pool and the immediate area could use an update. The buffet was good and the staff that worked it were great trying to meet every need. That hotel is for a passing traveler not a family with kids for comfort. Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.

Overall good stay, only the pool was not that adequate and too small, also room needed a microwave and a bigger refrigerator, other than that a good hotel.

Excellent location, clean, great AC, good service, good breakfast, great value. It does need a refresh.
