Excellent breakfast. Extraordinary

Great choice in Brno. Lovely reception and breakfast, restaurant areas. Parking was easy as well.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It surpassed expectations in every way. Fantastic breakfast, clean room, friendly and attentive staff. I especially want to thank an intern, Ondrej who went far and beyond to help me get parked and settledin . I will be back...

Oh my gosh! We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was lovely. The view was fantastic! We had the castle view. ...the real star of the show was the breakfast! Hands down one of the best! I have to say it tied with Hotel Slon in Ljubljana! It was perfectly located close the so many walkable sites and easy to get in and put of town for car travel. We did both, car and even walked to the train station nearby for a few trips. We will absolutely be back!

Though advertised that they have a Sauna (Spa) you need to book it in advance, like weeks, as what the receptionist told me. It is a shame that this is the case as I was looking forward to relax during my 3night stay.. they should update their description so potential guests are aware of this. Gym was decent, though they were old machines you can still exercise your target muscles. Max dumbbell weight is 32kgs. I also emailed them to reserve a parking space during my stay and they confirmed. However, the first day, i was told that the car park is already full, though i told them that i made prior arrangement regarding parking, luckily one car drove out and a space was provided.

Lovely modern room

Amazing hotel. One of the best we've ever stayed. Everything about our stay was perfect

Spacious room with big, comfy bed. All very clean. Shower was really good, but not a fan of the open concept bathroom. If one person wakes up in the middle of the night to use the loo, the other person will also wake up due to either the light or noise. There is little to no privacy. The breakfast was extensive and well catered, with an omelet bar. I would have liked more fruit options, but there were lots of other, lovely things to eat. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I can imagine it would be perfect as a solo business traveller. There is parking immediately outside as well as an onsite restaurant. The hotel offers free luggage storage and there are various areas to relax and it has a large fitness area, which looked well kept and clean.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and pleasant. There are several restaurants and a casino in the hotel. Breakfast was an amazing buffet.

The hotel is ideally situated to easily access the old town and tourist attractions of Brno. The rooms are quite small and basic, think Holiday Inn Express or Hampton by Hilton. The bathroom was especially small with no door to the shower so resulted in flooded bathroom floor everytime a shower was had. Room had a mini bar, safe, and climate control. The climate control was useless the minimum temperature setting was 20° way to warm for a comfortable sleep. I turned it off and opened the window to cool the room. Unfortunately being right by the town, church bells chime every 15 mins and theres a lot of noise from people and vehicles. So leaving the window open at night isnt great! The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff very nice and welcoming. I had breakfast included and the breakfast buffet was extremely good, large selection and nicely displayed. Sadly at the hot food counter making poached eggs was not available.

i stay here often. always a good value. rooms are generously sized and clean and smartly furnished. good quality dining options on-site. the breakfast is usually very good, but one time (this stay, maybe due to reduced traffic or short renovation) the food selection was less than usual.

Perfect

The room was very clean, hotel and breakfast were excellent. The only few things was the shower floor was very slippery which can be a hazard and the TV was block to connect to iPhones only available for Androids, to connect you have to rent a HDMI cable from reception but they only have adapter for C ports not for older iPhone devices which was very disappointing; specially as the hotel is used a lot for business trips.

Overall this is a nice hotel with a good location and good breakfast. There were two things that bugged me a bit, however. There was nowhere close to the bed to plug in a phone or even an outlet to plug in a charger. The closest outlet was across the room near the TV (this was in the premier suite). The other thing was that even though the room has a sofa bed, we had to pay an extra €20 to use it. We already paid for a bigger, more expensive room, so this feels a bit like "nickel and dining".

Everything was perfect. Great location and good value for money.
