The hotel is simple but well located and room was comfortable, young lady at check in was very nice, the only thing we found odd was on the next morning my husband wanted to have breakfast, they had a buffet style spread and only one other couple were there, I never eat breakfast, just coffee, so we asked if I could sit with him so he could eat but she told us I would not be allowed in the dining room and for us to go eat somewhere else. We found her to be a bit rude, but we did find another place in town.we did love santiago Rodrigo, gorgeous place!

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff in a wonderful historic walled town. Good selection bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

A quaint old hotel in the old city. Amenities are updated Staff was very friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers.

Only stayed the one night, service was great. Room was a bit small and had no views. But it’s bang in the centre of the town so handy for all the restaurants.

Friendly, well-situated hotel in a historic small city, with friendly staff. Helpful with parking, clean comfortable rooms with good air-con, and a pretty good breakfast (above average for Spain) - we'll be back!

Room is top notch, immaculate and modern. Hotel staff very good, restaurant staff try but language a problem. Could be solved with printing menus.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente, el personal es muy agradable y atento. El mayor inconveniente del hotel sin duda es el mal aislamiento sonoro de las habitaciones, escuchando perfectamente las conversaciones de las otras habitaciones como si estuvieran en la propia.

El hotel es muy bonito y en pleno centro. Teníamos la suite para 4 personas. Muy cómoda. El aparcamiento un poco incómodo. La salida es con una cuesta difícil...

Todo normal pero la habitación super pequeña. Paredes de papel, por lo que el loco de al lado a las 22.00 horas casi tira la pared abajo porque estaba hablando en tono normal.
