Staff was very unprofessional and unavailble when one would expect them most.

Did not like there was no air conditioning and bathroom fixtures were not sturdy. The door was also difficult to open. Also very difficult with no elevator especially if you have suitcases.

A great little hotel that is perfect for a stop-off if you're travelling through Germany or visiting Bernau bei Berlin. Although the hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s, the rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast buffet is lovely with plenty of options on offer. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there is an Aldi next door, which is very handy if you need to pick up any additional items for your trip. My only criticism would be the pillows, which were far too soft for my liking, but that's just my personal preference.

The hotel was very convenient and parking and breakfast was free so it was good value for money!

The room is big and the breakfast is good, the lady in the receiption very helful and kind. Although near train station (about 15 minutes walk), but quite far from the city.

This is not a fancy hotel, but Bernau isn't a fancy town, and unless you have specific business there, probably not much of a reason for a tourist to be there anyway. That said, I do have to go there every few months, and this is always a very clean and comfortable hotel, and the staff is always very friendly. An adequate breakfast and hi-speed internet are included in the rate. The location is a bit remote, 1 km or so from the center of town where there are a couple decent restaurants.

Wasserkocher, Milch, Zucker, Löffel, Tasse … alles vorhanden, nur der Kaffee / lösliche Kaffee nicht. Keine Steckdosen am Bett, heutzutage muss es Standard sein

Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten. Das Bad mit Dusche ebenfalls. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgiebig und es wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt. Super Service und sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter! Check In ist bis 23 Uhr möglich. Frühstück gibt es von 6 bis 10 Uhr. Check Out bis 11 Uhr. Leider war das Bad nicht so sauber, wie wir es aus anderen Hotels dieser Klasse gewohnt sind. Ansonsten war es eine gute Entscheidung, dort zu übernachten, da es sehr nah an Berlin grenzt.

Fint til prisen. Venligt personale, helt okay morgenmad, rummeligt værelse.

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und fußläufige Erreichbarkeit der S-Bahn nach Berlin. Trotz Hauptstraße ruhiges Zimmer.
