Good support from staff. It is self-check-in with reception phone available to call for assistance, and ample necessities provided in common areas for you to take when needed, as well as a kitchen, lounge area, and space to leave your luggage. Quiet accommodation and in a very nice area right next to Changdeokgung Palace and public transport. Also lots of nice restaurants and quaint shops in the neighborhood. I came during early April while it was still quite cold, so the centered-floor heating and hot water was much appreciated. Overall nice stay and would come back!
