New, very clean and comfortable

Room was clean and tidy. Restaurant was closed and no information available about breakfast being available. Good position but property appeared tired. Will try somewhere else next time.

A great place to stay. Conveniently located Good parking. Rooms were large and clean with good amenities. excellent value. The rooms have a good size fridge, smart TV and Good air-conditioning. We stay here whenever we visit Tamworth.

The room was standard clean. We love the friendly staff of the restaurant. When we arrived, the receptionist was not hospitable.

No hot water for two days, poor air conditioning in upper loft room, poor lighting in room, 20 stairs from lounge room to loft bedroom in Premier Loft room.

For the price room was outdated

It was OK. They did not honour the complimentary breakfast as advertised. Ensure you get a screenshot of the offer that you can show staff at the venue. I don't know whether this was an expedia thing or the venue not being aware of their offers. It was enough to stop me using expedia again or returning to the venue

We had previously stayed at the Best Western so we knew exactly what to expect in terms of the room size and facilities. The rooms are a bit tired (especially the bathrooms) but it was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The staff were courteous and helpful. The motel is on a busy road so earplugs are recommended for a good nights sleep. On the last afternoon of our stay we didn't have hot water in our room. The staff responded immediately, calling a tradesman in to fix the problem. Unfortunately the 'fix' didn't work so we were offered another room. As it was our final night we didn't want the bother of changing rooms but were able to use the shower in the other room. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was a problem.

Our stay in Tamworth was such a pleasant experience. The hospitality at the motel was exceptional country service. Friendly, polite and very welcoming. The room itself was everything you need for an overnight stay. Good quality room, clean but the fridge wasn’t getting cold but we didn’t need it at the time so not a problem for us but maybe for the next person. Easily recommend this place for anyone passing through.
