Friendly staff at the reception and thanks for helping my extend.

Need to walk about 10min to woolies & coles, bus stop is very close by for 15-20min to get to city center and beach.

A little backyard is nice. Well soundproof as well.

Homey feeling and quiet even it is located on main road. I just dont like the bathroom as the water from shower leaking almost more than half of bathroom space. Dated but well maintained.
