Heat was good, lots of room in the room, the rug needed to be tightened up, lots of foot traffic throughout the night

Basic rooms, friendly staff, good location.

The room i started at has bed bugs, i tried calling the front rest and nobody answered to help until the next day. Front desk handled the situation poorly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Bathroom, kind of dirty

I didn’t need or use their laundry facilities. I did not need anything in their kitchenette. I had a very clean room with plenty of towels for my length of stay at the Royal Lodge in South Edmonton. The staff is great, always very helpful & courteous. The Royal Lodge is the ideal place to stay, it is close to everything that you are going to need.

Room was clean except for the damaged walls.

The rooms were very dated , no water services (not even first day) , and no washroom mats at all . Good service and good places nearby.

Very large clean rooms friendly front desk staff unfortunately outside and room smelled of smoke (cigarette and other)

Room was very clean bed is comfortable and staff are friendly and professional

The front end staff was nice at check in but the bathtub had curly little hairs in it and the curtain was moldy. The toilet seat was filled with brown substance. Towels with old with stains. Shower head looked disgusting I refused to shower or let my child have a bath. Not worth 100$ plus a night.
