No maid service, no soap,coffee, clean towel, room was in needs of a renovation..broken loose tiles in the bathroom. Needed to go get coffee, face cloth whenever the night guy decided to wake up

AVOID!! Stupid staff turned away my son late night from the room I had pre-paid leaving him stranded. He didn’t have a credit card for deposit for incidentals/damage even though I booked it and could’ve sorted it beforehand if they had mentioned it. Never before had a problem having booked hundreds of places across Canada with debit card deposits! No Duty of Care. No clue. This place is a DISGRACE to Expedia and should be removed immediately. I’d give it ZERO STARS if that were possible. Awful. Atrocious. Avoid.

The hotel room was disgusting. Dirty, stained carpet, lots of damaged furniture. The pictures in the websites are extremely misleading.

A/C, clean room, was great for a night after a concert, short stay
