Everything was wonderful and great

Not family friendly, my kids ages 9&12 where not allowed to play any games (volleyball, connect 4 etc). People smoking everywhere, cigarette butts every where. Our room had a leak on the ceiling when it rained. There are only a few chairs/loungers on the beach. Will not be going back.

Plenty to say!!! For starters, You get hounded just like at the airport with people trying to book you for an upgrade(similar to timeshare). Food from restaurants can’t be taken back to room because they don’t have to go paper plates and they won’t let you take the plates they have in the restaurant. Room service is $15. We asked for room to be filled with water 3 times and was never brought. We had to go get it ourselves. They say there’s a full service bar in the room. Only water,coke,and beer. Good luck refilling them. No hard alcohol like other hotels. The hotel is a maze after a few days we got used to the layout. I know there’s more I want to say but I’ll leave it with this. This hotel is about 6.5/7 star.

Place is very dirty and they didn't change the bed sheets the whole time we were there. They don't clean the room or change the towels. They don't have enough food or it was very old or dried. We asked for help from the reception área and they had us do their job. I would not recomend yoir hotel to any of my family or friends,,ever.

Such an amazing time here. Will recommend this place to all of my family and friends. The restaurants were great and the pyramid and sian kaan options were top tier.

We enjoyed the experience and the staff served us well. It took some time to figure out the show-program schedule. The food was excellent except the steak in the steakhouse was very tough. I would not recommend that restaurant. All of the others were good, especially the Italian restaurant. My wife fell and scrapped her elbow. The staff was very responsive to provide first aide.

Poor customer service from some staff. Limiting dinning and as well as food.

Absolutely do not stay here — health and service concerns, especially for families and pregnant guests. We stayed at this hotel from Saturday to Friday, and I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any property. I would strongly advise anyone — especially families, young couples, or expectant mothers — to stay far away. From the moment we checked in, the service was dismissive and unwelcoming. It was immediately clear that if you look young or don’t “fit the profile” of their ideal guest, you’re treated as if your presence is an inconvenience. Requests were ignored, questions were met with attitude, and basic hospitality was nonexistent. The situation became even more unacceptable when we noticed an overwhelming musty odor in the room. It wasn’t just unpleasant — it was concerning. We soon discovered mold growing on the towel racks, which had also transferred that foul, moldy smell onto the towels themselves. Imagine trying to dry off with something that smells like it’s been rotting in a damp basement. It's not just gross — it's a serious health hazard, especially for those with allergies, respiratory issues, or in our case, a pregnant guest. Speaking of which, the treatment of my pregnant wife was especially upsetting. On multiple occasions, we requested water or a basic drink service, and we were blatantly ignored — while staff tended to other tables around us. It was dehumanizing to see her sit there, visibly pregnant,

********I went for a wedding, MY WEDDING. I liked the atmosphere and entertainment but I did not like how we were not able to properly dine not one night because it was impossible to set a reservation with more than 2 guests. I did not like that my whole wedding day was ruined because we did not go for plan B because they only gave us until 11 am that day to choose, even though at that time it was sunny and Didn’t appear that we were going to get a tropical storm! I was upset that the hotel could not figure out where to place us and we were all out in the rain with thunder and lightning (because it was an outside wedding) . They finally gave us a meeting room and did not refund anything that wasn’t used because of the storm including DJ for the first few hours , lit up dance floor and they did not extend our time for atleast another hour due to the inconvenience, they cut us off right at the time they gave us with Dj basically playing for one hour! They refused to refund us and actually tried to make us pay for a chair that broken because of the rain. So they couldn’t refund us but want us to refund a chair that was already probably damaged prior to even getting to us ! I am very dissatisfied with hotel and will never be staying there again! It is beautiful when you go in due to vines and greenery but DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT! They also give you a hard time with certain wrist bands $$ . We are frequent Cancun visitors but this is one is definitely out of our hotel picks now!
