The room was fairly clean, except there was no bath mat. Breakfast was terrible, with a very limited menu; even asking for eggs would cost you a fee.

The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, the staff are friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are large.

Friendly staff, good food, comfortable atmosphere, very spacious room. Consistent hot water. Hair dryer can be requested. The first day there was no bath mat, the second day it was only given after cleaning. The first day the bathtub was pleasant to soak in, but the second day it couldn't be used, every time the water was filled it was immediately wasted even though the drain was closed. Sad even though I was happy to buy bath salts and bath bombs, it was wasted.

Overall clean, only the bed cover is old and a bit dark.

The property is nice but the cleanliness is not well maintained. When I checked in, the previous guest's dirty glass had not been replaced, the AC was leaking and there were cobwebs in several spots.

I only stayed one night in Ubud. The room was pretty clean, except the sheets smelled musty, like damp. The room was huge on the first floor.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, access to everywhere. Many choices of places to eat.

The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, so my body itched all night, and the kettle also looked like it hadn't been cleaned by the previous guest. It's cheap, but that doesn't mean you have to tolerate it being unclean, right?

Comfortable place close to food places

Loved staying here close to food places and the staff were very friendly.

We checked in at 11:30 PM, but the hotel staff was still waiting. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom smells really bad, there are cockroaches in the bathroom.

The water is sandy, the TV has no channels, the doors are broken and hard to open and close, the 1st swimming pool is dirty and can't be used, the telephone in the room can't be used, if all of this is fixed, this villa would actually be good.

The front of the room was dirty. The bed looked like it hadn't been made in days. The bathtub didn't come out of the shower on the second day. Parking was limited.

For me, I'm enjoying and very recommend this place for you who are staying in Ubud, not too far from Ubud center, and the vibes bring calmness.

Beautiful environment. Ambiance/Facilities: Beautiful atmosphere, in accordance with the image of Ubud that I imagined. Food: There is a restaurant for breakfast that directly faces the swimming pool. Staff Assistance: The staff is friendly and escorted me to my room and explained the parts. Highlights: Early check-in and I got a free room upgrade without me asking. Price: Very friendly with comfortable facilities and environment. Location: Close to spas, cafes, yoga, and famous natural tourist areas in Ubud. If you want to buy snacks, it is also very close to a minimarket.
