I've booked here several times, but: 1. Unfortunately, there was no prior notification before check-in that the room was unsuitable (booked a double bed, given a twin bed). The reason given was that the only available double room was a twin bed (still available online). 2. I was given a room without a smart TV (the staff informed me it was an old TV), so it wasn't like the previous rooms. Strategic location, but service needs improvement (complaint handling is less than satisfactory).

Access everywhere is close because the location is in the city center.

Overall good as always. 🙏 The room comforts always winning.

The second time I spent a business trip time when I had a meeting in Mataram, well I could say it's small but great. The most important thing is the water. 💦 The water flows smoothly and there were no obstacles same like before, and that’s amazing. 🤩

Sangat nyaman kamar murah pula, resepsionisnya juga ramah-ramah, dan sarapan paginya enak, 👌.

Hotelnya nyaman, di tengah-tengah kota. Petugasnya ramah, pas hujan saya di payungin masuk mobil so sweet sekali 🤭🤣. Ada kulkasnya juga, buat nyimpen es. Terus kalau bawa motor motornya diamanin di belakang sama petugasnya, pagi-pagi banget motor dah siap depan lobi diparkirin buat dipake.

Bersih dan nyaman sehingga sangat cocok untuk menginap dalam rangka liburan, kerja dan explore.
