That was my first time and not bad!

My second overnight experience, I got a room on the 3rd floor which was not very clean, with cobwebs. The bathroom faucet leaked making it difficult to use and the toilet was dirty and yellow, as if it hadn't been cleaned again. There was still only one towel per room even though there were 2 people, and there was no bath mat so everything was wet after leaving the bathroom. There were only tissues in the bathroom and there were only a few left. The service was friendly. It was still better the first time I stayed here, I got a room on the 2nd floor. This time it was a bit disappointing, hopefully there will be improvements to the overall cleanliness of the room.

The staff was friendly and responsive, but I requested a double bed yesterday and it wasn't available. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the location was close to the city center.

The sheets had lots of blood stains as if they hadn't been changed.

We checked in late, thank God there were still some staff who were awake and quickly helped us, even bringing our suitcases to the room because it was difficult to carry the children who were still sleeping, thank you so much. Even though the double bed was full, the twin bed was still able to fit. There are many TV channels, some are for children too. Unfortunately, we haven't had the chance to try the restaurant because we were drooling over the street food near the hotel...next time maybe🙏

It's very comfortable and the price is very economical.

It's a shame there's no choice for breakfast, the room is comfortable but when we booked it well in advance we requested a specific room but when we checked in it didn't match the special request that was noted.

shocked because I only got 1 towel, with the receptionist saying that if I order online I only get 1 towel. In all my time staying in luxury or regular hotels, I have never met a hotel that only gives 1 towel to guests 👎 whether you order online or onsite, you still get 2 towels because the room conditions are for 2 adults. If we order online, it's cheaper because we are members of the online application so we get a discount from the application. The hotel's job is to provide facilities according to the room type, not according to the online or onsite order. First and last time ordering here. Highly not recommended 👎👎👎👎👎
