The property is old and not very well maintained. They had a dehumidifier in the hallway to try to control the humidity. The toilet had issues that we noticed right after checking in, the room telephone did not work so we had to go down to the front desk to report it, they said they would send someone to check it but did not ask for our room number. We asked them if they wanted our room number, but the front desk said they already had it and would sent someone over, but they did not. We struggled with that the whole stay. For some reason there was no hot water on the last day of our stay, so that was a nuisance as well.

It could be better, is a little run down.

Staff is nice but my friends from other room had problems with their room card to the point they had to switch rooms cause they couldn't opent my friend room. So the broke in and place my friend in different room after.

Pedi cambio de habitacion 2 veces, porque no habia cortinas en la ventana, cucarachas saliendo por varios lados y un ruido en el aire acondicionado, en la tercera habitacion nos mandaron a un hotel afiliado a ellos y tambien habia cucarachas, y el tiwmpo que perdimos esperando

It was excellent for shopping, transportation, dining options, walkable around the area!

Indoor smoking

They gave us an occupied room, then a dirty room, and then a room without towels. the carpet in the rooms and hallways was dirty, and the whole place just looks like it's falling apart

The carpets smelled horrible! And outside the parking lot entrance, the smell of sewage and gas is almost unbearable! However, the staff is very friendly!

I like the parking access, but I don’t like because to many people around the hotel, also the roms are not clean at all , only 2 big towels per room .
