The staff were helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western-style options, which was a nice touch. This hotel is a good choice for a one-night stay after sightseeing or a business trip. The building felt a bit old, and our room was a bit dark, so I took one star off. however, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Overall, it was a good hotel.

This was an efficient business type hotel. The rooms were comfortable & clean. Hotel staff tried to be helpful but sometimes were not as fluent in English in responding to our questions. We would consider staying again should we re-visit area.

今回、海側のお部屋を選びましたが、以前宿泊した時は山側のお部屋に泊まりました。陸奥湾に見える半島や行き交う船を眺めるも良し、山側で八甲田の壮大で美しい山々を眺めるも良し、青森を満喫できる良い宿です。地元の食材を使った朝食も美味しかったです。

夕食の店を推薦してもらったが、非常に満足できる店でアクセス方法も丁寧に教えてくれた。紹介を受けた時にスタッフが自信をもって教えてくれたのが良かった。

あおもり桜マラソンに参加する為に前泊しました。 まわりはあまりお店はありませんでしたが、 コンビニはあるので不便ではありません。 ホテルの設備は新しい訳では無いですが、 充分です。 あと冷蔵庫に冷たいお水を用意してもらっており、美味しく飲ませて頂きました。 朝食は青森の郷土料理がいろいろとあり、 こちらも美味しく頂きました。 6:30から食べることができて良かったです。

2連泊でしたが朝食のメニューに変化がほしかった。

水がおいしい。

数年前の忘れ物をチェックインの際に渡されて驚きました。感謝感激でした。

駅から遠く不便な場所にあるのに駅までのバス送迎を3日前までにしないと受付てもらえない。行きはともかく帰りくらいチェックイン時に受付ができるようにしてほしい。 また朝食会場までうっかりスリッパで行ってしまったところ、履き替えに戻れと言われた。しかし朝食券にそのような記載は特になく、スリッパのまま案内されているグループもいて、不公平な対応だった。

山並み見えて景色いい

ねぶた祭り最終日だったため、ツインルームがどこも満室でした。ホテル青森にセミダブルの部屋が取れたので、やや狭いのを覚悟して行きましたが、チェックインの時、フロントの方から、広いツインルームが空いたので、すすめられ、同料金で泊まることができました。 ねぶた祭りの昼は終わっていましたが、夜に海上運行と花火があることを教えて頂き、穴場の良い位置から、初めてのねぶた祭りを満喫しました。ありがとうございました。
