Clean and great

Perfect!

The only thing that I didn’t like is the small parking area and not enough parking spots in the hotel. Staff very nice and helpful . We really enjoy the hotel and area. Specially if you are visiting the St Joseph Oratory,

Terrace Royale is the most wonderful place to stay in Montreal! The hotel is extremely clean, quiet, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's in a great location with plenty of dining options nearby and everything within walking distance. The front desk staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Very close to the oratory of St Joseph,downtown, accessible to everything from shopping,restaurants nearby,hop on hop off bus.

The room was amazing, very cozy and spacious! The only issue I had was the parking. It’s underground, but extremely small. You have to leave your key with the desk so they can move your car, as it’s a double-back parking setup. If your car is behind another, you’ll have to wait for the desk to move it. On top of that, they charge an extra $23 per night for parking. Given the hassle, I believe this fee should be included in the price. It’s frustrating to pay extra when you don’t even have your own designated spot. This was the only major disappointment, especially with the heavy traffic and construction around the hotel. Every time I arrived or left, I had an issue with parking. While I love the location, it’s right in the heart of Montreal and perfect for getting around, the parking situation really soured the experience. If given the choice, I wouldn’t book here again.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding! We were in town for a family medical emergency which meant my time frame was very fluid. The staff were very accommodating and compassionate, which we really appreciated! They made sure we could focus on the health situation and not worry about anything else. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Having the kitchenette was a welcome perk and the location of the hotel was extremely convenient. I strongly recommend this hotel!
