Always amazing stay at this hotel , its our first go to hotel in Harrogate . Service, rooms & food 💯

Central location great breakfast and has its own pub

The breakfast was excellent.

Bar was a little noisy but it was a nice evening so most were drinking outside. Hotel was a little dated in places but overall a nice place to stay. I would recommend and return.

We have stayed here before and returned as we loved our first visit. However, the room 303 was so small we had to side step around the bed with limited luggage storage and wardrobe door could not fully open. The view was a parapet wall. Also, the bathroom towel rail was constantly on with no ability to turn it off - not very eco friendly It is still a lovely hotel just not one of their better rooms, despite a generous bathroom.

Location excellent commendation fantastic staff helpful

Quick and efficient check-in. Clean room and good for our overnight stay. Only downside, the mattress felt like it was ready for replacing, could feel the springs. Very convenient for Harrogate and managed to find parking near-by.

A good place to staycation as it's within the town centre . Accessible and close to bus and train transport with nice restaurants around it.
