Staff not helpful, breakfast not ready at 6am like informed had to wait to be warmed Plan accordingly. Bugs in rooms.

Nice room! I will definitely go back. It’s not in between all the nightlife, but get there can get there fast in an Uber. I like how peaceful it was clean and honestly, it was just quiet the only thing I wish they would’ve had a coffee so I can make myself coffee with the coffee pot they provide, but they don’t provide the actual coffee.

Easy check in and is nice to have check out at 1pm.

The showers were cold and the Wifi was terrible.

I got bite in my hotel room. My husband had a cockroach on him in the pool. But other than that the staff is amazing.

Good price and Good accommodations

Place was very cold. The two ladies at the front desk were very rude and unaccommodating. Swimming pool and bar were great! Was a little confused about the free breakfast?

Staff was nice, however the mattresses were so hard..We got the suite which comes with a kitchen, no paper towels were available, there was no extra blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. They hold onto your ID if you ask for towels for the pool. Not enough rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, the phone in the room was not working .

El staff es no es tan atento de hecho diría que es un poco frío a la hora de atender, el trato es un poco informal sobretodo en el counter y desayuno, sin embargo embargo la atención en la habitación es bastante buena

Rooms and hotel are clean and outdoor space is nice but it is definitely lacking comforts and noise control and exctra help cleaning dishes during breakfast hours
