Check in was fine but the general room was a bit dirty and also there was water leaking from the ceiling by the sink.

This place was amazing we came in July and didn’t have problem with noise, for with the bathrooms, always available. Great location

The room had cockroaches, and the bedding had cockroach droppings.The care of the concierge was terrible, he gave me a room that was occupied, they treated me really badly, the manager was disrespectful, a lousy treatment.One person one night He forced me and entered the building without having a room and when I went to tell the concierge he did absolutely nothing, I am totally disappointed with the service and the place, I would never return.

Defently a good choice for the price if ylure looking for a decent sized bed in the centre. Clean and basic. No frills but everything you want for a place to lay your head while travelling. The shower in the room was a massive bonus.

Room was clean, location was excellent, air conditioning was great. Our room had a shower and sink but it was not made particularly clear that there were 2 bathrooms between 5 rooms on our floor. Overall it was not too big a deal but I feel that it is something that should've been more slightly more explicit. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice and the location is great plus is cheap. The downside is, the hostal is very small so you get in your room every single noise coming from the corridor or next door. It is a very busy hostal so it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Furthermore the main door is very heavy so every guest (including me) slams that door, making it impossible to be quiet. I'd spend a bit more and sleep a bit better (day or night time). This hotel deserves 5 Stars because it is what it says. No surprises. Amazing location, right in the Center of Ibiza town. Incredibly clean and very comfortable.The room has great air conditioning. The staff are very nice and very helpful. The lady who did our checking was adorable and gave us very good tips about where to go,etc. In am very happy with this hotel and I will definitely come back. My only criticism that would have been useful for me was to have a kettle in the room with coffee facilities and a botel of water.

Toilet located outside the room and shared with other rooms. This was not noted on the booking information. If I had known this I would not have booked this hotel. Otherwise all facilities adequate.

Lovely place to stay and so central with fantastic air conditioning. Brilliant welcome and we were given directions to the building just down the road. Three keys to get into the room, one for reception, second for the level we were on the third for the room. Fab central location with everything on the door step. The room had a shower and basin in the room with a shared toilet and additional shower over the hall shared by 4 or 5 rooms on that floor. Everything clean, new and well maintained. Fluffy white towels and crisp white sheets plus the low price made us put this on our list for our next visit.

Minha estadia nesse hotel foi maravilhosa! A localização é excelente, 3 minutos caminhando do Porto, super bem localizado, restaurantes por perto, ponto de táxi a menos de 5 minutos caminhando, estabelecimentos, tudo! Atendimento impecável, limpeza e comodidade também! O quarto atende todas as suas necessidades principalmente se você tem uma rotina cheia na ilha! Voltaria com certeza e pretendo me hospedar novamente ano que vem.
