Good for price.

1st time staying at the Riviera Vista and I can say I wasn’t disappointed. Fantastic spacious clean apartment, great views of the sea. All staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was ever a bother for them. Great pool plenty of sun loungers and kept very clean. I will definitely return to the Riviera Vista again.

The hotel itself was at odds with what it provided- a Spa & Gymn that would have limited use, yet when we asked about a bar this only existed poolside until 5.30pm or after eating in the restaurant but that closed at 9.30pm! We also had to complain about a glass panel broken around the sundeck but this took 2 days before being looked at...receptionist i spoke to tried to argue it was fixed when clearly it wasn't which was why i was querying it was still dangerous. Won't be returning.

Nice place, can be more clean, for example bathroom glass looks bad. But overall its very nice place, will be back again.

Perfect location for a very quiet holiday. Hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool and sunbathing area, the lift/bridge to the beach is wonderful and definately a highlight of the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Food was average. Parking spaces are limited outside the hotel so had to park further down the road, but not a problem. The pool was lovely and very clean. I would say this hotel is suited more for adults only, not much for children to do. We will stay again.

Fantastic place to stay , asked for specific rooms no problem made our holiday recetion staff most helpful , will be back couple off months 😀

The location is great. Not the huge concentration of mega hotels like Peurto Rico or Playa Ingles. Easy beach access and a few nice restaurants in which to eat and a grocery store a 2 minute walk down the road. The suite was large and comfortable with a full kitchen and wonderful balcony. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Hotel lovely and staff especially bar staff were lovely !!

Poor cleanliness in the room. Don't expect the bed sheets/linen to be changed during your stay (1 week in our case). Booked half-board but on arrival was advised that only room was booked. Initially mentioned that food bills could be settled when vacating room but was hassled for food bill payments after 1 days' stay. Would not recommend for a family stay. Centrall controlled Air-conditioning with no temperature adjustments in rooms. Poor Hygeine, standards and poor attitude towards guests. Really unhappy to have wasted my money here.

I have nothing to recommend about this place aside from the views towards the sea. Towards the opposite mountain side it looks like a derelict building site. Takes 15 minutes to check in 2 people although the staff are friendly. Both breakfast and dinner is below average. Rooms are perhaps ok. Gym is nothing to think about. Kids booked for the SPA but were fobbed off twice the morning. Location is at the top of a long hills so if you're not in reasonable good shape then expect some good hill training to get to the nearest shop or actually anything for that matter

Great location and staff Rooms are getting a little tired

We were very disappointed with the hotel. Although we were only staying one night, our experience was not a great one. The electronic device allowing entry to our room was woeful, made worse without any outside light. We had to ask for help. The receptionist came and was very polite and managed, after a few attempts to open the door. We were going out for something to eat soon after and, despite several attempts to lock the door, we had to resort to leaving it unlocked, with all our bags inside, hoping we weren’t robbed. The furnishings in the room were cheap and nasty and the bedding, especially, the pillows, were lumpy and limp. We paid over £100, without breakfast, which we considered completely over the top for the standard of the accommodation. The outside area was very nice and has wonderful views, however. We feel that the hotel needs to upgrade their rooms to warrant the price charged and pay greater attention to the entry/exit to the rooms. On leaving the next morning, we witnessed another family attempting to get into their room, without success, so it wasn’t just us!!

Everything was just amazing , me and my friends occupied 2005, 2007 and 2009 rooms , which had the best view and were located where the swimming pool was... my room was huge, just the shower was bigger than my kitchen, the decoration was so urban , simple but so posh in the same time, there was even a small kitchen were you could prepare small meals which was very useful. The breakfast was not included, so we had to pay for it, but it was totally worth it, the buffet was huge with a large variety of selection of sandwiches, savoury or deserts ( go for the traditional ones they are the best churros fresh baked , yum yum ) The service, everyone was so kind, the cleaners kept our rooms super clean and the ladies cleaning were always so smiley and nice and more specifically the receptionist guy called "Jerai" he helped us with everything regrading the taxi, places to visit or to eat ... Thank you so much Jerai , you made our holidays even more special. In conclusion I definitely recommend hotel riviera vista, it is on the top three hotels I ever stayed!!!

Lovely room , clean and comfortable. All staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.

We extremely enjoyed staying at this hotel. Definitely to stay there again. Highly recommended.

The only thing we didn’t like is the single beds pushed together to make as a double bed. Was really uncomfortable to sleep.

Modern decor and very good location with exellent views from the balcony. Limited facilities for self catering ie no toaster
