Very disappointed. Please note the check in time… 6 pm. As I was arriving much earlier thx that needed early check in. After reaching out several times with no response I ended up booking the room for an additional night to ensure it would be available. Then they responded to me. Many things didn’t work. The had hot/cold water tap near the bed and the smell was terrible. They will only supply one room key and if Leave you must give it to them. The place itself is rundown. I will never stay here again

It has a playroom for kids. My kids love it. The room is very spacious, even the toilet is big. Excellent but location is not convenient.

I was extremely pleased with the room I had. Don't let the word "motel" fool you. The room was quite large, it was always well kept and the girls in the lobby were very helpful. The water in the shower was always very warm, not necessarily hot but that for me, is not important as it was very warm outside. The supplied breakfast was good enough for me.

Amazing villa. No complains as it was the best motel we have stayed in. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Rooms were well decorated and organized. Private bathroom were huge, clean and organized. Would recommended all to pay a visit to this Villa if you are around the area.

If you like the stench of cigarettes, soiled and stained carpet, bedding, and furniture, and all instructions in Chinese so you can't tell what is what, then this is the place for you. However, the staff are super nice and the complementary breakfast was excellent. Location is off the normal routes and not convenient when finding a taxi.

非常滿意冷氣很涼快！ 空間寬敞舒適！ 缺點： 硬體設備：按摩浴缸生鏽，浴室櫃子老舊櫃門歪斜（雖然不影響使用）。 人員欠缺教育訓練：初到之時，在車庫門口停等了10分鐘，搞不清楚怎麼開門。（人員也沒有幫忙開門及說明） 淋浴間內附有洗髮精及沐浴乳，人員未說明清楚。致電詢問櫃檯。得到的回應是洽詢櫃檯。後來到櫃檯後，另外有人員說明才知道在牆壁上。

優點: 櫃檯員工態度好, 房間乾淨無菸味, 位於巷子環境安靜 缺點: 看了網友評價旅館的自助式早餐豐盛CP質高, 但付款後旅館才說廚房維護無法提供自助式早餐, 隔天僅提供早餐店外帶的三明治&紅茶而已, 旅館官網並未註明早餐方式異動, 房價也未反映此變動, 感覺被誤導, 滿差勁的

房間內的設施十分清潔

1.按浴缸壁都會有粗粗殘垢，要自己清洗再泡，連續住了三天，每天都一樣的狀況 2.早餐廳選項很少，但看起來乾乾淨淨的...免費的就別挑了...但吃完的餐具要自行回收處理 3.有兒童遊戲室.適合幼兒園.有大型保麗龍積木可以蓋房子...開放到晚上11點 4.主動告知需要一次性備品可以索取...但要自行去櫃檯拿.... 5.家庭房的停車場在對面，還算方便... 6.家庭房只有一套桌椅，長沙發和矮桌，不適合多人在房內飲食 7.浴室蓮蓬頭掛太高，掛著會噴到臉（180以上才適合）...不然要站遠一點或拿著沖...但水量夠大... 8.隔音不是很好，外面說話很明顯...但是當時家庭房區域住的人蠻少的，所以比較沒影響 9.家庭房沒獨立車庫..所以可以連續住宿 10.家庭房房間及走道都沒有煙味..冷氣夠冷.. 11.茶包/咖啡包及小餅乾品質不錯，每天都補齊...冰箱附4小瓶運動飲料，但奇怪的是第二天沒附飲料，第三天剩兩瓶...

服務非常好，環境整潔，房間非常乾淨

早餐有待加強

房務品質要注意，住兩日，首日晚上入住沐浴乳空了未補充，第二晚上回房間，變成有兩瓶沐浴乳，沒有洗髮精

還能唱歌，很好玩，浴室很大，床直接在地板很特別

雙人床是用兩張單人床併起來，床一邊高一邊低，中間接縫處非常不舒適，累了一天，晚上根本睡不好，日後不考慮這間

整體不錯~有按摩spa蠻加分的.早上還有免費早餐可以吃.大戰完後隔天有早餐可以吃很不錯！早餐餐點內容算還可以.吃的飽.這次住302房.不知道是不是那間空調的問題.覺的異常的冷.除了這點大致上都很棒！

設備不錯, 整潔度也很好

電視訊號斷斷續續，泡澡熱水偏小，隔音稍弱。 其它方面還不錯
