The roommos very nice , but our suite was big , but Very old furnish for the money they charge for. Need new towels and new bed sets .

Hotel is beautiful but requires some maintenance. First room we got the AC did not work. Second room had issues with the toilet flush and the sink. Hotel charges R$25.00 parking per night but we parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Amazing pool area, service, breakfast! Room was very comfortable.

Great location, staff was very friendly too. The room was spacious, and AC worked amazingly well! Breakfast was good too. My only few downsides to this hotel was the bathroom cleanliness was very poor, and no enforcement of moose from other guests. There was a group of people literally singing by the pool, and playing instruments ..... the staff didn’t seem to care much, but it was really annoying for us without small baby trying to just relax by the pool. Anyways, other than that and being a little overpriced for what you get, I’d definitely recommend this place !

Cute design, well decorated. The room has no chair. One day there was no hot water without explanation. Excellent service in restaurant. Very good kitchen, cook present in the restaurant.

This is a large Hotel with 2 swimming pools, outside and inside, sauna and large common spaces. The Front Desk is not too friendly but efficient. The room has a good space but you cannot let the AC turned on, because the key needs to be inside. The Breakfast is good, they did what the could to offer us the best. The did scramble eggs by demand for me and my wife, delicious. The impression that we had is that this Hotel had better days, but is still a good Hotel. A little bit over price for what is offered, I believe 20% less would be more appropriate. Definitely if you want to stay in a Hotel that has space to relax after you do the tour, and you are Ok to pay more, this is the Hotel to be. We spent all the evenings at the warm swimming pool.

One of the best Hotels in Bonito. If is your first time there is a good option. For further visits I would go to a cheaper one.

The structure of the hotel is good, but we were a little disappointed with the room. There were some trash in the can, the door was broken, the sink and shower linking everywhere when we opened. The good part is once we complained, they got the issues solved.

Recepção ótimo atendimento, café da manhã muito bom. Pontos negativos: cobrança de estacionamento e o bar da piscina fica em vários momentos sem atendente.

Sobre o atendimento, todos os funcionários que tivemos contato foram bem atenciosos e educados conosco, porém o hotel é antigo e precisa rever várias coisas para ficar na média: tv antiga, poucos canais, várias vezes travava, ar condicionado barulhento, porta do banheiro e do quarto empenadas, travesseiro e camas duros. Na area em comum, nenhum atrativo na piscina com monitoria e/ ou música. Café da manhã bem básico! Muito pouca variedade e tudo bem simples.

Poucos funcionários para atender muitos hóspedes: apenas um na área da piscina, o que dificultava até pedir atendimento, e os pedidos demoravam devido à baixa quantidade de equipe. Os quartos estavam limpos e organizados, com ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente (gelava bem), apesar do secador de cabelo estar quebrado. O café da manhã era pouco variado, com itens frequentemente em falta. Os pratos vinham molhados por vezes, e as máquinas de café estragavam com frequência. A piscina aquecida estava turva todos os dias e não era limpa regularmente. As saunas também paravam de funcionar com frequência. O estacionamento é cobrado à parte (R$ 25/dia), sem acesso direto ao hotel, apesar de ser ao lado, bastaria criar um acesso simples. Nem sempre havia vagas cobertas, pois excediam a capacidade, e o local tinha barro. Tínhamos que sair pelo portão de carros para entrar no hotel.

Equipe muito educada. Custo benefício bom. Não é um hotel barato. Achei que poderia ter mais cuidado com a piscina aquecida, estava suja no único dia que tentei usar. Mas no geral é bom o hotel.

Faltava equipe. Na piscina, no bar, no restaurante, no café da manhã. Em que pese o hotel tenha uma estrutura suntuosa, com arquitetura de bom gosto e obras de arte, a falta de trabalhadores atrapalhou bastante a experiência. No café da manhã, demora para limpar as mesas, repor o buffet e consertar as máquinas de café, que deram problema todos os dias. Na piscina (grande destaque do hotel), tinha somente uma pessoa para anotar pedidos, servir e até mesmo fazer os drinks e entregar refeições nos quartos (sim, tudo isso era feito por UMA pessoa só). No último dia, as duas saunas estragaram e ninguém fez qualquer esforço para arrumar, apenas disseram (sem nem checar) que só teria manutenção no dia seguinte. Detalhe: meu amigo conseguiu arrumar a sauna simplesmente apertando um botão (que ninguém da equipe quis sequer dar uma olhada).

Num todo achei bom, mas senti falta de um espaço pequeno que seja para as crianças. Não tem nenhum acesso fácil para trocar as crianças na área de lazer. Não tem nenhum lugar para esquentar mamadeira tb, é preciso entregar ao recepcionista, qdo está somente um trabalhando isso não é possível tb. Café da manhã achei ótimo! Acomodações tb.
