Super safe and peaceful. Clean and comfortable

La recepcion esta linda, pero lo demas ya se ve un tanto viejo. La regadera casi no sale agua y la cama muy incomoda. El staff fue amable.

Todo sucio, lleno de cucarachas y con cero mantenimiento use la habitación 1 hr y osaron cobrarme ese día, por vergüenza la cual carecen, no hubiera cobrado nada

Las paredes estan sucias, las camas no son cómodas (no son colchones), no cuentan con tapones para las tinas y nos dieron un cuarto a lado de donde come el personal, por lo cual en la mañana había mucho ruido y no se descansa bien. No hay suficiente espacio en el estacionamiento, no alcanzamos lugar

Buena ubicación, área muy tranquila, hotel muy cómodo y limpio, el personal muy amable. Y precios muy económico

Very nice place to stay. It is located very close to the shopping area in Boca del Rio. Quiet place even during the day, very comfortable and clean, nice staff. The pools were not so clean, so I decided not to swim.

Me complacio ampliamente mi estancia, lleno mis espectativas, buen precio.

I arrived until the check in and the room was still not clean so we had to wait around 10 minutes for housekeeping to finish

The hotel back in 2018 was under instruction the parking was horrible and the debris right by the main entrance. I did a reservation for three nights originally but the conditions of the hotel was so horrible we ended up staying only one night. The staff member was a older gentleman skinny but very nice and understandable. I did try to let get my refund from the two days from Expedia at first I went thru some crap with when they finally refunded me the money via a Boucher which I think is a scam from Expedia. To which at the end I was supposed to used by the end of 2019 until this bull crap pandemic hit and I lost my Boucher, thanks to the one year cap that Expedia puts on it and second to the damm pandemic. Now you figure out the rest. Bottom line would not recommended if you around Boca. There’s one on my crap also located in Boca. That is another review on it’s on. Happy trails...🤔👀👎

Would not honor my Orbitz reservation. Orbitz could not resolve the issue.

The hotel refused to honor my Orbitz reservation and i had to pay again at the hotel. Orbitz has not yet refunded me after half a dozen phone calls.

The stove didn't work, parking was not as advertised, no mini bar or soaking tub, even though it says there was one in the room. Staff was very nice though.

For a cheap spot in Veracruz, Mexico it is what it is. Clean and works.

It's a good place very close to shopping mall and restaurant and it's like 10 away from the beach and tourist places

The King bed was not a king, it was two twin bed pushed together. One of the twin mattress was bad. My wife also saw a cockroach. Staff was nice and the hotel looked every quaint.

La limpieza es buena personal amable buena ubicación

La noche que llegamos todo lo encontramos bien, la habitación limpia y todo ordenado. Pero los 2 días siguientes el personal de limpieza no limpió la habitación, tuve que bajar a pedir jabones y papel sanitario a recepción porque no había.
