Excellent room. They have a covered swimming pool, which is very comfortable even on a cold day. The lady that runs the place is wonderful.

Room nice and clean. Near Intermarche so handy for groceries. Lots of restaurants within a few mins drive.

The staff members were friendly. The room was clean and spacious, but both the liquid soap and body/shampoo bottles were empty. The hotel room’s name is misleading as it is far from city centre.

The checkin using the electronic entrance system was again poor requiring me to call the central concierge system. If you are not going to staff reception at least have an operating alternative. All the car chargers were non operational. Rooms were quite noisy.

Bed super uncomfortable, too expensive for what is offered look elsewhere. Check in at 3pm with a machine no person in reception…

It’s put me off B&B properties Stayed at B&B Sud and accommodation and environment was good and felt safe I woke up twice suddenly and screamed out …. I’ve never done that before Cleaning staff could see you struggling but never offered to help

On very busy street. “Self check in” particularly is something is slight out of the norm is a challenge.

B&B hotel is near a busy road. However, once the door is closed, we could not hear the noise from the cars. The hotel is in front of a shopping centre, which is very convenient for buying breakfast on the go (as we did). There is no restaurant nearby but, by car, St Malo city centre is only few minutes away

This hotel is ok for only one night, no more. It’s good if you need to take an early train or bus, so it’s about 7 minutes away by car to the train station.

La chambre de base est parfaite pour une nuitée de passage car il n'y a qu'un lit et salle de bain (douche et toilette). Pas de frigo. Par contre, si vous prenez le petit déjeuner, celui-ci est copieux et beaucoup de choix : pains, croissants, oeufs, bacon, fromage, confitures, yaourt, café etc. Le tout était excellent et le service très bien avec gens souriants.

Breakfast menu poor Very congested servery. Coffee machine too close to servery.The whole breakfast system is poor. Guests dont expect this below standard accomadation, and especcialy not paper cups Tea and coffee should be avaiable in rooms.

This is fine for an overnight stay. My wife and I were on an extended trip (3 months) and so had two large suitcases, cabin size luggage x 2 and shoulder bags. It was quite a struggle to fit our luggage and us into the space available. However, all that aside we coped. The receptionist was extremely helpful, assisting us to book a taxi for an early morning departure to catch the Condor ferry to Jersey.

Very easy to find on way into Saint Malo. Very convenient for ferry. Right next to a shopping centre with good supermarket. But not cheap,no kettle and dire warnings not to leave anything in the car overnight!
