We loved our stay at Reef Oasis! The grounds are very well looked after and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There are 6 different restaurants with 3 being part of our all inclusive package, the other 3 you had to pay for and also make a reservation when you get there. We particularly loved Sunset Court (one of the all inclusive) which had great food and even offered sushi on some days! We did try out Al Dente (one of the Italian non inclusive ones but were given a free voucher to try one day) which was VERY good and well worth going too. This could be advertised a lot better as we loved the fresh pasta here and wasn’t sure initially how different it would be to the other restaurants. We loved all the different areas we could chill/sunbathe in, all having great atmospheres and easy access for drinks nearby. The lifeguards are very good at keeping the areas clean and tidy. Our room was big and exactly what we needed. Our lovely room cleaner, Mohammad did an excellent job. Although we scuba dived every day so weren’t around to makes use of the activities on offer, it looked like there was plenty to do.

The room was spacious and clean. Toiletries were provided and very good quality. Pools were clean and the staff were amazing.

The pools are freezing cold except the kids pool Drink are terrible alcohol drinks that is , no selection not frozen drinks . One la carte is lame

Stuff is unhelpful. Service is very bad and stuff is rude. They are trying to make money on you, not matter what, especially if you are not from Russia, but from US or Europe. Very bad service and very old hotel and rooms.

The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing.

Great hotel, plenty of space, lovely pools, our favourite was the adult only relax pool, staff so helpful and friendly. Will put the towels on your sunbed for you, drinks brought round for you, even without asking! Never had a problem finding a sunbed. Very clean, beautiful grounds, good choice of restaurants to eat in, all food is really good, with a lot of choice. Will defo come back

Great experience, highly recommend.

All was good except some of the animators was annoying. Need to be more polite with guests and don’t impose opinion what guests shell to do. Guest are for relax, not for stress.

This was great value for money- rooms were slightly tired but everything else was spot on. The food was brilliant and the staff were friendly and helpful

Dont use the"free airport transfer" from the hotel. They didnt show up either on arrival or our departure. We had to call them both times to get them to come - not fun at 4am. Also if you have any dietary allergies like gluten or dairy do NOT go here. They dont have a lot of options - even though they will tell you they do before you book.

Excellent experience on all counts; staff, amenities, restaurants; beach; cleanliness, swimming pool and shopping area. Complimentary pickup and drop off to the airport was a nice gesture. Enjoyed our stay here. Check-in and check-out process went seamless.

It was a beautiful place but service was terrible and it ruined a bit of our trip. They sent us a message to offer complimentary service to take us back to the airport but since we booked the same day they sent us back and forth for an answer for 3 days and did not accommodate. I paid for a king bed and we got to our room with two twin beds but we could not go back to this bad service. They spoke to us like they didn’t want to help us. My husband got frustrated and so did I and it just made our stay stressful. The shops were cool but beware they want your money and offer different price so don’t get ripped off. The buffet was amazing and so were the excursions but all staff looks and speaks to you like they are bothered to help. We were told so many things and our brother in law did not pay for late check out but they made us. They told us they would fix all of our issues but took 3 days to give us a solution but did not want to accommodate us.

Let’s start with the facilities, it reasonably large hotel with many pools and the private beach was fabulous. The system to clean the room is working well and always when we get back from sea, the room was turned down and new towels were added. The hotel is also safe. Quality and variety of food was very poor and almost always serving same food with little variation. The food gave us diarrhoea and when we went to onsite pharmacy we saw other guests with the same problem. There are plenty of Bars but none had any quality drink just same 4 drinks everywhere. The quality of drinks were poor. Small kitchen in bars server an awful pizza or burger which is never ready. Bar kitchen staff were somewhat rude and lazy and talking with each other instead of making the snacks. At most this hotel is 3star in modern countries in Europe or US.

Great hotel. Food is ok at the buffet but the a la carte restaurants were great. Service was awesome. The Relax adult only pool was fantastic. Great service overall. Clean rooms. Great value for price. I'm an Egyptian living abroad in Canada and would recommend this hotel.
