The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. We requested plates and other items be delivered to our room, and they were always promptly delivered. Every time I visit Bali, I always stay here.

Friendly staff, good service, and all the facilities are clean and tidy. Breakfast is also delicious and has a varied menu, including a Western menu.

Overall, I'd give it a 7.5. However, I'm satisfied with the room size. Prices always increase on weekends.

I LIKE IT... THE HOTEL I HAVE STAYED HERE FOR ABOUT 10 NIGHTS. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, CHEAP, EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY, THERE ARE NO CONS.. I WENT HERE FOR 5 NIGHTS IN DECEMBER 2024, ALSO FOR 5 NIGHTS IN OCTOBER 2025.. ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN MY OPINION... ESPECIALLY THE GURAMI NYAT NYAT..

This is our second time staying at Quest San Hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. This is especially true for hotels, especially restaurants. Boiled eggs should be soaked briefly in cold water because they won't peel easily if they're hot. Keep a clean knife handy, as buttering bread with a spoon can be tricky.

Overall, it was a nice stay. It was worth it considering the amount spent for the accommodation. Definitely going back there.

Great, clean, good service and the hotel is always busy

It's been a long time since I've stayed here. Last Saturday, I had plans in Denpasar, so I decided to take a break before returning to Jimbaran. It seems like there are a lot of new employees. So, hospitality standards may be lower. In the restaurant, the staff were less friendly, even wanting to clean up my food even though I hadn't finished. The housekeeping staff also walked by without greeting me or smiling. Even though all the staff are usually very friendly. Even the security guards, who previously always helped me when crossing the street, were now ignored. Could it be because I was using a motorcycle? I also used a motorcycle before, but they still provided maximum assistance. Please don't let the hospitality standards drop. Thank you.

This time I made a request but was still given a room that was far away and didn't match the request. Even though it used to be my favorite hotel, now it's not good.
