Perfect small hotel. Very ckesn, staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location, too.

Website photos are a bit misleading making property look much more luxurious and bigger than it is but good hotel with comfortable beds great room temperature just only one towel was given for two people so a bit more attention to details also no lift…

Great little hotel in a great location

I used this hotel for a 1 night solo stay visiting Television Centre and it was perfect. My room was in the basement with no windows (I knew this in advance) but came equipped with air con, kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits, ensuite with soft towels and good quality toilet roll and good WiFi (I streamed Formula 1 no problem). Staff were friendly and there was a small bar if you wanted drinks or snacks. Also a water dispenser. No breakfast is available. Everywhere was clean. The location is excellent, directly opposite Shepherds Bush Market and next door to Shepherds Bush Market tube station which is on the Circle and Hammersmith and City lines. It's also a short walk to Shepherds Bush tube station on the Central line. Television Centre is a 10 minute walk away and the Westfield Centre less than that. There is a huge variety of shops and restaurants right by the hotel. For what I paid in London on a Friday night (albeit in March) I thought it was brilliant.

It was adequate place stay close to where I needed to be for workshop. Reasonably priced, clean and staff were very friendly and attentive. But it was very noisy at night with people on the streets and mostly with rumbling trains going by.

Room spotless. Presented exactly as described in booking. Staff very pleasant. Hotel directly next door to tube station so travel to Central London on NYE was a breeze. Excellent price for NYE.

For starters the manager of the properrty could have been more professional. The staff should not sleep on the lobby couch at night. Also, they did NOT know anything about london and told us as visitors to Google. WHO DOES THAT?! It's their job to know about the area. Second, the hotel images of the surrounding area is very misleading. Its the trashy place i've ever seen. Last, the cleaning lady of Friday is very nice!

The lift wasn’t working, the hotel is literally next to the trainline (nothing in the description). Loud (single-glazed windows).

Lovely stay in this hotel, would definitely use again for a London trip with the family. Super comfy beds, pillows weren’t so good but then I am fussy with a pillow lol

Clean room and bathroom

Decor plus bathroom amenities nothing like what is on the current website. When raised with staff, l was told that the website has not been updated. Therefore I assume the current photos were under previous owners/management and they have cut back. USB port behind the TV and not easy to get to TV was not 45 inches but much smaller Bathroom was more like a cloakroom It was a good size room, with a decent shower and fridge. Frosted windows so no natural light in the room I am disappointed and would rather it a 3* Hotel

Cons- Dirty, out dated, some staff members were rude. Loud - you can hear the train, people talking in their rooms and hallways. The place is literally next to the train station and shares an alley way with another building - random people walking behind you to walk through it. Neighborhood not the greatest at night - stores getting robbed, man throwing bottles to different parts of the streets and panhandlers. Pros- Price Accepts dogs Convenient to train station Good food in neighborhood - Turkish, Jamaican, Korean and Indian. Two cafes - safe and clean to enjoy great drinks and conversations Near Lidl and an 9 minute walk to a nice mall Quick walking distances to theaters I wouldn’t go back nor suggest to stay with young kids. This place serves for a quick stay with pets or as a group for safety purposes.
