The location, cleanliness, and food are all good, but because it is close to live music and the rooms are not very soundproof, it makes your rest time very disturbed.

The hotel's location is close to the Superblock Mall and souvenir center, the room size is quite spacious and clean, only the food choices are less varied.

The hotel staff was friendly, the only drawback was that at that time, in terms of communication, suddenly a cleaning staff member opened the room door, even though they knocked first, they only had time for the door to open.

There were no towels in the room, and I'd called three times and they hadn't been delivered. I had to go downstairs to ask for them. When I got downstairs, I was still told to wait, claiming they were still looking for them, etc.

The TV on the 3rd floor room has an old model. If possible, replace it with a new one to make it more comfortable.

There was no toothpaste or toothbrush, and the AC was a bit noisy. There were also no towels unless you asked for them. But otherwise, it was fine.

Thank you Hotel Zurich, for upgrading my room from deluxe to Junior Suite, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms, next time I go to Balikpapan I will stay at Zurich Hotel, it is recommended.
