My experience when I first visited the Hotel Zurich was that it had a large and luxurious lobby. I felt happy, safe, and comfortable. Thank you for all the amenities. The room was large and had a view out the window. Overall, it was the best, and the price was affordable. It's centrally located, and food is also within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly. When I first arrived, I was looking for the restroom. The staff greeted me with a smile and a friendly manner, making me feel familiar and impressed.

Even though we couldn't stay overnight due to a flight rescheduling, the Zurich Hotel was still strategically located, close to BSB and the city center.

The room was newly renovated, so it's nice, looks cleaner and more spacious.

There was just one inconvenience. I booked a non-smoking room, but when I checked in, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Since I arrived late, I wanted to ask to be moved, but it was quite disappointing.

I swear I won't regret staying here, the price isn't too expensive, the room facilities are okay, parking is good, it's close to the Ewalk Pentacity mall, basically it's okay.

Initially, my first stay here was only one day, and the service was quite good. Check-in was fast and all amenities were provided in the room. The only thing missing was a toothbrush, only one was provided even though there were two guests. Because it was quite good, we booked another vacation here for 3 nights and 4 days. However, the service was very disappointing, from the long check-in process even though we had already checked in online, to the hotel still having to check in again and waiting for almost an hour. Then when we arrived at the room to rest, cleaning equipment such as towels, doormats, toothbrushes were not provided at all and had to be requested first. Every time housekeeping took the towel doormat and was not given a replacement. When we asked for a phone call from the receptionist several times, it was not delivered, until we were angry before it was delivered and processed. The AC was also hot and seemed rarely serviced, fortunately this was responded to. Then the female receptionist's tone was not polite when answering the phone. The experience of staying here was very bad, hopefully there will be improvements regarding inventory, AC service, and customer service.

I've stayed at Hotel Zurich Bpp many times. The hotel's location is strategic, close to the city center and the E-Walk and Pentacity shopping malls. The staff is friendly and can store your luggage.

The location, cleanliness, and food are all good, but because it is close to live music and the rooms are not very soundproof, it makes your rest time very disturbed.
